| At present,in today’s severe market competition,service-oriented enterprises in order to obtain a long-term foothold,it is necessary to establish a customer-centric service awareness.As a social service department,the responsibility of the power supply company is to provide power for the people and solve the problem of power consumption for the masses.However,due to the monopoly of the power industry,the customers served by the power supply companies have to rely on their services to a large extent.As a result,the quality of service often stagnates.With the deepening of the reform of the electric power industry and the introduction of the competitive mechanism,the power supply company gradually realize the importance of the quality of service.In order to adapt to the development needs of the times,power supply enterprises gradually improve customer service satisfaction as the guidance,as far as possible to provide customers with reliable,safe and stable power,the only way to achieve win-win cooperation between power supply companies and customers.Therefore,this paper takes Yanbian Power Supply Company as a research subject,and makes feasible strategies to enhance customer satisfaction for enterprises,so as to promote the stable operation of enterprises.This paper focuses on the current development of Yanbian Power Supply Company,combines the theory of customer satisfaction in the marketing profession,and through systematic literature analysis and customer survey for Yanbian Power Supply Company,the attitude of customers towards Yanbian Power Supply Company is studied,so as to solve the customer problems existing in the current development,and through a series of studies,it is concluded that there are mainly products,prices,personnel and other aspects in the current development.In the face of such service status quo,it is difficult for Yanbian Power Supply Company to meet customers’ demands in all aspects.It also takes the problems as the guide and combines the current basic situation of the electric power industry to help the company formulate long-term solutions so as to improve the customer satisfaction of the enterprise and provide certain reference for the development of Yanbian Power Supply Company.This is of great significance to enhance the market position of Yanbian Power Supply Company and to inject long-term development momentum into the company.Based on systematic research,this paper concludes that,for the long-term development of Yanbian Power Supply Company,it is necessary to optimize the service quality internally and the traditional power supply model must be changed,for which the following suggestions are made:(1)in the construction of the personnel team,which needs to be continuously strengthened;(2)to continuously optimize the electric power supply service;(3)to focus on customer feedback and optimize the service quality according to the feedback.The research of this paper focuses on the optimization of service quality of Yanbian Electric Power Company,hoping to provide some theoretical reference for the long-term development of the enterprise.The improvement of customer satisfaction is a long-term process,and enterprises need to pay attention to the economic benefits while also paying attention to the changing customer demands,so as to better adapt to the development of the current market economy and lay a solid customer foundation for their long-term prosperity.Therefore,this paper aims to help enterprises continuously improve customer satisfaction based on market changes and the current development of Yanbian Power Supply Company,so as to solve the realistic dilemma of the development of Yanbian Power Supply Company,which is of great significance to the long-term and stable development of Yanbian Power Supply Company. |
