With the continuous development of society and economy,energy consumption is increasing,energy shortage has become an important factor restricting social development,and energy conservation has become an important way to solve the current energy crisis,which has attracted worldwide attention.Building energy conservation is an important way to save energy.It achieves energy conservation and emission reduction by reducing the overall energy consumption of the building,which is in line with China’s sustainable development strategy for green environmental protection.In this paper,machine-made sand is used as a mortar to replace the natural sand to prepare dry-mixed mortar,which reduces the environmental damage caused by the extraction of natural sand;the glass beads are added to the mortar to improve the heat preservation performance of the mortar;and the fly ash is used to replace part of the mortar.The amount of cement is used to reduce the amount of cement,reduce the cost of the project,and save costs;use additives to improve the performance of the mortar and make mortars that meet the requirements in various aspects.Through the test method,the machine-made sand thermal insulation dry-mixed mortar was prepared,and its working performance,mechanical properties,durability performance and thermal insulation performance were studied,and the relevant conclusions were obtained as follows:1.As the thermal insulation aggregate of this article,vitrified microbead particles are mixed in a certain proportion in the machine dry mix mortar to improve the performance of the mortar in terms of thermal insulation.Relevant data is obtained through experiments and the data is analyzed.The calculation analysis shows that the performance changes of the mortar in various aspects when the glass beads are mixed in different amounts are summarized,and the influence rules of the glass beads on the properties of the mortar are summarized.Comprehensive selection of various aspects of performance,vitrified micro-beads choose to add 50%,so that the thermal conductivity can reach 0.156 W/(m·k),7d compressive strength reaches 5.2 MPa,28d compressive strength reaches 8.4 MPa,7d flexural strength The strength reached 2.7MPa,the 28d flexural strength reached 3.9MPa,and the tensile bond strength reached 0.41MPa.2.Fly ash can replace part of the cement to a certain extent and reduce the manufacturing cost.This article uses fly ash with different content in the machine-dried dry mortar to replace part of the cement,reducing the amount of cement used.Experiments were performed on mortars with different fly ash substitution amounts to obtain relevant data,and the changes in various performance aspects of the mortar were obtained.After data analysis and analysis,the performance changes in various aspects of the mortar when using different substitution amounts of fly ash were obtained.When the fly ash is 25%,the thermal conductivity of the dry-mixed mortar is the lowest and the thermal insulation performance is the best.3.Adding a small amount of glass fiber and additives to the mortar can effectively improve the performance of the mortar.In this paper,three different improvement materials are incorporated into the mortar,namely air-entraining agent,cellulose ether and glass fiber,each Three different dosages of materials were determined to study the effect of these three materials on the properties of the mortar studied in this topic.The use of three types of materials,each determining three dosages,constitutes a three-level three-factor orthogonal test.The orthogonal test is used to study the mechanism and effect of glass fiber and additives,and the various properties of the mortar are obtained through the experiment.According to the test data of each group,the range of each group of data is calculated,and the data comparison and analysis of each group of data are carried out by the intuitive analysis method,and the influence rules and working principles of the three materials on various properties of the mortar are obtained.
