In this paper,the laser destruction technology for unexploded ordnance is used as the background.The response characteristics of the metal/explosive composite structure under laser irradiation are studied by the combination of experiment and numerical simulation.The related results have certain theoretical reference value for the development of laser weapons for unexploded ordnance destruction.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the continuous fiber laser emission system,the laser irradiation experiment of the metal target plate was carried out.The temperature field distribution characteristics of the metal plate were obtained by the combination of thermocouple and infrared thermal imager.And the characteristics of ablation perforation of the metal plate was studied.The laser ignition/detonation experiment of metal/explosive composite structure was carried out,and the response process and characteristics of metal/explosive composite structure under laser irradiation were obtained.(2)Based on the finite element software Ansys,the laser irradiation finite element model of the metal target plate was established,which verified the correctness of the model and parameters and the validity of the numerical simulation method.The numerical simulation method was used to study the response characteristics of the metal target plate under laser irradiation.The influence of the thickness of the metal plate,the laser emission power and the spot diameter on the temperature of the front and back of the metal plate,as well as the characteristics and laws of the perforation of the metal plate were obtained.(3)Based on the finite element software Fluent,a three-dimensional numerical model of laser irradiation of metal/explosive composite structure was established.The response characteristics of metal/explosive under laser irradiation were numerically studied.The effects of laser power,spot diameter and metal layer thickness on the ignition and detonation of explosives were studied.The relationship between the ignition timing of the explosive and the ignition/initiation threshold and the factors of laser power,spot diameter and metal layer thickness was obtained.
