| With the development of China’s civil aviation industry,the number of airports and aircraft continues to grow steadily,accompanied by the continuous enhancement of the frequency of airport use.While ensuring the efficiency of airport operation,the requirement of safety margin will be further improved.Especially in cold weather,the validity and accuracy of the early warning method of icing guarantee are required.Active cooling method is introduced to study the early warning method of airport icing.The method is mainly realized by means of thermoelectric cooler(TEC).The mechanism of TEC components was analyzed,and the mechanism model of active cooling device based on TEC was established by heat transfer analysis.The RMSE is 1.7108 comparing with the actual measured data.Considering the direct and indirect effects of time-varying model parameters and environmental disturbance,the thermal characteristics of the active cooling device were analyzed.The research results verify the dynamic characteristics and applicability of the active cooling device and lay a foundation for the purpose of active cooling in the following work.Based on the numerical model of the mechanism of active cooling device,a new nonlinear state space model based on Tec is proposed and the temperature control is studied.The nonlinear PID(NLPID)control system optimized by two-order Oscillating particle swarm optimization(PSO)was used to study the temperature control of active cooling device.The results show that the NLPID control can effectively follow the stable expected input,but poor performance in dealing with time-varying disturbance expected input.Next,the active disturbance rejection(ADRC)control developed from PID control is introduced.ADRC control has a good ability to deal with the nonaffine nonlinear and variable coupling system of active cooling model.Simulation comparison shows that the effect of disturbance can be effectively suppressed.RMSE numerical comparison shows that ADRC control and NLPID control are 0.6590 and 1.2249 respectively.The control effect of ADRC is better than that of NLPID.Finally,for the airport runway icing information system,and considering the integration of active cooling module for icing experiment,the runway icing experiment system is established.The Active X control software,which can be embedded in various research algorithms and invoked in the system,is designed,and the active refrigeration module physical model is configured into the experimental system to explore the thermal characteristics and temperature control characteristics of the physical model,and the icing frosting ability of the active refrigeration system is verified.The effectiveness of the system and the icing capacity of the active cooling have been verified,which lays a foundation for the research of active early warning system. |
