Aircraft fire detection technology is very important to ensure the safety of civil aviation transportation,The sensor used in traditional aircraft fire detection technology has some defects such as false alarm and delayed alarm,Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the fire detection scheme to effectively improve the safety of civil aviation transportation.TDLAS is a high-resolution,quick-response gas concentration detection technology that has been used in a variety of critical industrial,medical and other high-risk locations,Therefore,TDLAS technology can detect aircraft fire alarm and aircraft cabin temperature faster and more accurately.This paper starts from the history of aircraft fire detection and further introduces the development of TDLAS technology.Secondly,it introduces the application of TDLAS technology in the industrial field,studies and analyzes the principle and simulation of TDLAS technology,and preliminarily verifies the feasibility of the aircraft fire detection model,which makes theoretical preparation for the hardware platform in the later stage.On the basis of theoretical demonstration,the TDLAS gas detection system based on FPGA is built,the voltage controlled current source and the laser temperature control module are designed,the upper computer based on USB3.0 is programmed to carry out high-speed sampling,and the M file is programmed to realize the digital lock-in amplifier filtering in the MATLAB environment.Finally,high concentration CO2 was used to test the system,and the feasibility of the system was initially verified,At the same time,the effects of fence effect and sidelobe leakage caused by asynchronous sampling on second harmonic extraction are analyzed,and the normalized second harmonic algorithm is verified,the results show that the normalized second harmonic extraction method has good data reliability.
