| The problem of projectile-target impact has always been a hot research topic in the field of civil aviation safety technology in China.The study of the failure characteristics of the target under the impact of foreign objects has a clear practical value in engineering.However,the current research on missile-target impact at home and abroad mainly focuses on the positive impact,and few can fully consider the impact angle of the missile on the impact results.Therefore,this paper takes 2 mm6061-T651 aluminum alloy target as the main research object,studies the failure principle and characteristics of the target under different impact angles of high-strength projectile,and analyzes the influence of various factors on the failure of the target.The main steps are as follows :Firstly,the current research results of non-positive impact at home and abroad are described.The comprehensive analysis shows that the impact angle has an obvious influence on the impact resistance of the target when the projectile is in the non-positive impact,and the projectile has a certain rule of turning in the process of penetrating the target.Compared with the positive impact,these parts need further collation,which lists the logical outline of this paper.Secondly,the impact test was carried out on the light gas gun,and the impact model was established by Abaqus finite element software according to the test conditions.The validity of the simulation model is verified by the test results.It is found that the ballistic limit and damage mode of the target are relatively consistent,and the error is within the allowable range,which indicates that the model established in this paper can be used continuously.Again,the use of empirical simulation model,more detailed oblique impact simulation calculation.It is divided into two parts.One part is the simulation analysis of the angle that is not easy to carry out in the test,and summarizes how the ballistic limit and the failure state of the target change with the impact angle.The other part is the comparative analysis of how the ballistic limit and failure characteristics of the target change with the impact angle when the shape of the projectile head is different.Finally,in order to analyze the influence of impact angle on target failure characteristics under different impact modes,the simulation study under yaw impact is carried out,and the failure characteristics of target under yaw oblique impact are analyzed from the perspectives of ballistic limit,target failure mode and motion stability of projectile.In this paper,the failure characteristics of 6061-T651 aluminum alloy plate under different impact conditions were systematically studied and analyzed,and the effects of various factors on the impact results were analyzed.The data and phenomena obtained can be used to optimize the assembly mode of some components and improve the protective ability of the body or some metal products. |
