| With the gradual advancement of the national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network,the airport,as the carrier of civil aviation transportation,plays a vital role in it.The flight ground support process is a key link in the daily operations of the airport,and the balanced optimization of the process is a necessary condition for the intelligent operation of the airport.A reasonable balance optimization plan for the guarantee process can effectively reduce the impact of flight delays on the airport,and at the same time improve the abundance of the airport’s guarantee resources and energy conservation and environmental protection.Therefore,when there is an imbalance in the guarantee process at each airport,how to adjust the effective balance optimization plan so as to alleviate the conflict of guarantee resources and improve the punctuality rate of flight operations has become a hot issue in improving the quality of airport services.Balanced optimization of the flight ground support process refers to the identification of bottlenecks in the process based on the actual operation of the support process,and dynamic adjustments through comprehensive consideration of support resources and process operating characteristics.First,the service standards of flight ground support in airport operations are transformed into corresponding constraints,and the optimization goal is to minimize the operation time of the guarantee link and the minimum comprehensive consumption of the guarantee resources to establish a guarantee resource equilibrium optimization model,and to establish the effective deviation of the guarantee link operation to the process Identify the bottleneck links in the process to reduce the impact of imbalances on the quality of the assurance process,so as to shorten the running time of the assurance process and reduce resource consumption,and solve the model according to the fast non-dominated genetic algorithm that improves chaos and differential evolution.Then,from the four perspectives of external operation economy,sufficiency,energy conservation and environmental protection,and service order,a balanced evaluation index system for the guarantee process was constructed,and the actual feasibility of each program was further compared through the radar chart.Through the use of actual operating data of the assurance process for simulation verification and comparative analysis,the experimental results prove that the assurance resource balance optimization model proposed in this paper can effectively shorten the operating time of the assurance process and reduce the consumption of assurance resources.In the process of assessing the equilibrium of the guarantee process,the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight combination method are used to obtain the optimization plan that has significant improvements in economy,sufficiency,and service order,which proves that the proposed model and algorithm have Certain theory and application value. |
