| This thesis selected a large ocean-going ship with a capacity of 400,000 tons as the research object,based on its historical voyage data,combined with ship’s theoretical knowledge,E.g ship forces etc.,to establish a ship energy efficiency management model.Taking into account the actual situation,According to the presence or absence of meteorological data,the application scenarios of the model are divided into two types,and the meteorological data was processed by double interpolation in time and space.The model building process is as follows:(1)By analyzing the relationship between the speed of the target ship and the speed of the main engine,a model of mutual prediction between the speed of the main engine and the speed of the ship was established for the two application scenarios;(2)Establishment of ship fuel consumption forecast model: In the case of meteorological data,a ship fuel consumption forecast model was established based on the GBDT algorithm combined with meteorological data.In the absence of meteorological data,based on the relationship between the engine speed and the ship’s fuel consumption,a barrel regression method was used to establish a ship’s fuel consumption prediction model;(3)Based on the establishment of the above model,a typical route of the target ship was divided into several basic flight segments,and then divided into two parts with weather data and without weather data.The basic segments of the two parts of the routes were merged separately,the basic segment was used as the smallest unit of fuel consumption calculation,and the combined large segment was used as the smallest planning unit for main engine speed planning,and the total fuel consumption calculation model of ship voyage was established.Based on the calculation model of ship voyage total fuel consumption,a segmented speed optimization model is established,and then the best planning scheme was sought for the main engine speed..Using the historical voyage data of the target ship as a comparison,quantitative analysis of the best planning plan obtained,the analysis results showed that the use of the best planning solution to plan the main engine speed can reduce the total fuel consumption of the voyage by 78.4 tons,and the fuel consumption rate was4.8 %.The segmented main engine speed optimization scheme established in this thesis for the target ship is suitable for most ships in operation,and has strong operability,which has guiding significance for the realization of ship energy saving and emission reduction. |
