With the continuous increase of traffic volume in China,investment in highways has been increasing.at the end of 2018,the total mileage of highways in China has reached484,656 kilometers.But in the natural environment and the vehicle load under the action of the asphalt pavement under a wide variety of diseases,serious impact on road life and road safety.Especially in the early 20th century,the construction of highways have reached Life,have entered the maintenance of medium and large repair stage,highway maintenance has become an important field of road maintenance industry,therefore,the technical condition of asphalt pavement for scientific and systematic evaluation and the development of economic and reasonable treatment measures of great significance.G3012 downlink K51+000-K83+000 was built in 2005 and has been in operation for 15years.As an important road connecting north and South Xinjiang,traffic volume increases year by year Especially overloaded vehicles in recent years,increasing,accounting for nearly50%,making a large area of the road there has been Vertical and horizontal cracks,mesh cracks,messy cracks,ruts and slush and other diseases,combined with the temperature difference between day and night,asphalt aging quickly and other unfavorable factors,it has affected the normal operation of the road and driving safety,large and medium scale repairing time is more mature.Based on the collected design documents,documents and maintenance data of the project,the paper conducted a manual survey,automated equipment testing,roadbed excavation and road drill core and other means of a comprehensive and detailed investigation and analysis,and pavement surface condition index(PCI),pavement riding quality index(RQI),pavement rutting depth index(RDI),pavement skidding resistance index(SRI)and pavement structure strength index(PSSI)and data support.Finally determine the pavement maintenance quality index(PQI),through the assessment of indicators for the maintenance of large and medium-sized repair design data to provide support,so as to put forward the economic and rational design.After comparison of various road surface maintenance program according to the maintenance measures,combining with the climatic characteristics,traffic volume characteristics,existing road surface defect types and traffic safety facilities in the project area,the pavement maintenance plan applicable to the area where the project is located was determined finally.Through the study of the raw material performance of the three selected asphalt mixtures,aggregate grade design,determination of the optimal asphalt dosage and road performance inspection,the asphalt mixture suitable for the characteristics of this project was determined.The structural strength of the recycled pavement was further improved by proposing the quality inspection standard for in-situ cold regeneration of foam asphalt.The study of highway maintenance project of G3012 line provided reference for regional maintenance project.Meanwhile,it is of certain reference significance for reasonable scheme selection in the process of study which in combination with the existing road status,regional natural climate characteristics and traffic volume volume.The service life of the road will be further extended and the road passage conditions will be improved through the implementation of large and medium-sized maintenance engineering. |
