Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous improvement of motor vibration noise requirements,the control of permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM)noise and vibration has become one of the research difficulties and hotspots in domestic and foreign research.Electromagnetic vibration caused by electromagnetic force waves is an important reason of noise in PMSM.In PMSM as the research object,this paper studies the generation mechanism of its radial electromagnetic force waves and the vibration response caused by electromagnetic force waves.Then,the measures to suppress motor vibration are summarized.The PMSM was optimized and researched on this basis.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:Firstly,the generation mechanism of the radial electromagnetic force waves of the surface-mounted PMSM is studied.The air-gap flux density under the condition that the stator is not slotted is theoretically deduced,the permeability function is introduced to consider the slotting effect,and the theoretical expression of the radial electromagnetic force wave is obtained.The electromagnetic excitation of the PMSM under no-load and load operation condition is analyzed.Finite element method(FEM)further accurately calculated electromagnetic force waves of PMSM in different conditions.The calculation results of analytical method and FEM are compared and analyzed,and the accuracy of analytical method is verified.It is found that the frequency and order characteristics of electromagnetic force waves are jointly determined by the pole-slot coordination and winding type.Secondly,three vibration suppression measures are summarized by analyzing the electromagnetic force waves and stator vibration characteristics.Based on the vibration "excitation-transmission path-response" model,the calculation method of the non-zero minimum force waves order in electromagnetic excitation is first analyzed,and the influence of input current harmonics on vibration is analyzed.Then,the influencing factors of the vibration transmission path are analyzed,and two methods that can change the inherent characteristics of the PMSM are summarized.Based on the optimization of vibration suppression measures,a low-vibration PMSM design is obtained.Finally,the low-vibration PMSM prototype was analyzed and verified,and a set of motor vibration analysis methods was established.Analyzing the vibration of PMSM first requires modal analysis of the motor to obtain the natural frequency and vibration shape of the structure.The modal analysis methods include analytical methods,FEM and modal testing methods.After accurate modal results,and then the motor excitation analysis and response analysis.The analysis method proposed in this paper can optimize the vibration of the motor in the early stage of motor design,thus avoiding the waste of resources.
