Recently,with the rapid development of MEMS,microelectronics,low-power circuit design and other key technologies,the volume of wireless sensor has been decreasing,and the power consumption has also been reduced.At present,milliwatt level or even microwatt level of power can ensure the normal operation of a low-power wireless sensor node.For long-term power supply of wireless sensor nodes,traditional batteries have many shortcomings,such as limited battery capacity,high cost of battery replacement,large battery volume and so on.In order to solve the problem of reliable power supply for wireless sensor nodes,energy harvesting has been considered as the most potential technology.Among them,piezoelectric energy harvesting technology has been widely studied due to its advantages.Piezoelectric energy harvesting transducers can be used in different applications,and as a typical application,piezoelectric energy harvesting floor has great practical significance.However,in the current research of piezoelectric energy harvesting floor,most of them adopt a single-layer piezoelectric energy harvesting structure which has low space utilization and low output power.In addition,in the test of piezoelectric energy harvesting floor system,the piezoelectric energy harvesting floor is generally tested with stamping by people,which has low efficiency and poor evaluatibility of experimental results.Therefore,a testing equipment is needed to test the piezoelectric energy harvesting floor.Considering the above problems,this paper proposed a novel energy harvesting floor structure with multi-layer structure.Through structural design and three-dimensional modeling,the piezoelectric energy harvesting floor was manufactured.The piezoelectric energy harvesting structure was mounted in order to achieve a high harvesting energy density.In addition,a stamping machine controlled by motor which can resemble the stamping force of human on the floor was designed and manufactured to improve the testing efficiency and testing accuracy,and the stamping machine system was experimentally tested.The piezoelectric energy harvesting floor was finally tested by the stamping machine system,furthermore,the energy output power with different outside circuits was compared,and as a parameter,the thickness of the force transfer block were analyzed and evaluated.
