Study On The Inheritance And Application Of Jiangnan Traditional Landscape Construction In Modern Chinese Garden

"Gathering the essence and the ingenuity of the all directions",Since its inception,various garden exhibitions in China have been adhering to this purpose and striving for perfection.The humanistic value,ecological value and artistic value endowed to them have been significantly enhanced.As an essential part of the exhibition,the exhibition garden has received increasing attention and expectation from the society,and its functions and significance have been constantly expanded.At the same time,the quality of the garden design has been highlighted,and the process of localization and regionalization of its spatial design vocabulary lacks systematic guidance and guidelines.As the essence of Chinese gardening art,the rules of traditional gardening may provide some guidance for this issue.Because of the above-mentioned opportunities,this study,based on traditional gardening landscape elements,selects samples from Jiangnan literati landscape gardens to conduct research,and deeply explores the rules of landscape space shaping,in order to obtain the guidelines applicable to contemporary Chinese exhibition garden design practice and complete the empirical study,hoping to demonstrate the applicability of the guidance.This paper can be roughly summarized into four parts,a total of seven chapters.The first part is the first two chapters: Introduction and Research Overview.It firstly presents the starting point and significance of the research from two perspectives: social background and disciplinary background,and introduce the methodology and basic framework of the research.And then it reviews the current state of research in the field of study,systematically elaborates the concepts of the garden expo,exhibition garden and traditional scene construction,as well as clarifies the related factors,defines the research scope,methods,and primary research contents of the study,and thus argues for the feasibility of the study.In the second part,chapters 3 and 4,based on the characteristics of traditional landscape construction and the rules of spatial organization.This part combined the field investigation experience with the traditional theories to make a qualitative analysis and induction of the construction conditions of various scene elements in the selected cases,and then conducted a quantitative analysis and verified the rules obtained by combining the theory of space syntax.The third part is the fifth and the sixth two chapters.By combining theory with practice,extract the design guidelines from the laws obtained from the previous study,and the empirical design study of the landscape of Lohan Pine Garden is completed accordingly.The last part is the conclusion and view,which discusses the inspiration of the previous theoretical and practical research,summarizes the relevant experience,and proposes the outlook on further work in the future.
