Service is the "function and effect" that the producer sells and actually produces and delivers through the structural system composed of manpower,material resources and environment,and can be purchased and actually received and consumed by the consumer..With the continuous improvement of air transport conditions and the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,more and more passengers choose to travel by air.Whether the airport can provide passengers with better and more comfortable services,facilitate their travel and make them more satisfied is what the airport and relevant departments need to pay attention to.However,in the services provided by airports,the equipment support service is usually intangible,and its service quality affects passengers’ preference in choosing a means of transportation.Therefore,it is of theoretical value and practical significance to discuss the service quality of airport equipment support department and its improvement.Taking Fuzhou airport boarding bridge support branch as an example,starts with the concept of service and service quality,this paper summarizes the research status of equipment service evaluation in the field of civil aviation in China.This paper expounds the status of Fuzhou airport and Fuzhou airport boarding bridge support branch,subdivides the service content of boarding bridge branch,analyzes the service objects of boarding bridge branch.This paper considers the service demands and influencing factors of equipment users(ground handling bridge operators),end users(passengers),and relevant units(functional departments,construction departments,etc.)of the boarding bridge,and obtains the service quality evaluation scores of all aspects of the boarding bridge security sub-department based on the results of the questionnaire survey;on this basis,according to the questionnaire data score analysis of the boarding bridge security branch of service quality and the existing problems.The problems are mainly manifested in the aspects of stability of boarding bridge equipment,emergency capability,quality control of project management,information management and cultural atmosphere of equipment passage.This paper further analyzes the reasons for the problems,and puts forward the improvement strategy of the service quality of Fuzhou airport boarding bridge support branch.
