| In order to improve the living quality of the house,improve the space utilization rate,simplify the construction process,and promote the rapid assembly of the building,around the new wall type steel frame structure system,a narrow flange H-shaped steel full bolt end plate joint is proposed.With the combination of experimental research and finite element simulation,the seismic performance of the joint is thoroughly studied,and related design suggestions are proposed through key parameter analysis.The main research contents and research results of this article are as follows:(1)Two types of cross-shaped full-scale joint specimens are designed and subjected to pseudo-static tests.The test results show that the joints are all semi-rigid joint,which have a large ultimate turning capacity and good seismic performance.And the joints can be applied to low-and multi-layer seismic steel frames.(2)The finite element modeling process of the joints is introduced in detail,and the correctness of the finite element modeling method is verified by comparing the numerical simulation results with the test results.(3)The thickness of the channel steel has a significant effect on the damage form and mechanical properties of the joint in the strong and weak axis directions.In the direction of the strong axis of the joint,it is suggested that the ratio of the thickness of the channel steel to the thickness of the beam flange in the narrow flange beam-column joint should not be less than 1.3.In the direction of the weak axis of the joint,the thickness of the channel steel is too large and too small,which will lead to the failure of the joint under small displacements.In practical use,it is recommended to select a channel steel with the stiffness equivalent to that of the column on weak axis.In this joint,it is recommended to select 12 mm thick channel steel,and consider the joint of the weak axis as the hinge joint for structural design(4)The thickness of the end plate will affect the failure mode and mechanical properties of the joint,and the joint with different thickness of the end plate will not have brittle failure.When the thickness of the end plate is less than 14 mm,plastic hinge failure will occur in the end plate.So it is suggested that the ratio of the thickness of the end plate of the narrow flange beam column joint to the thickness of the beam flange should not be less than 1.5.(5)When the axial pressure increases,the failure of the joint changes from plastic hinge failure on beams to column.It is recommended that the axial compression ratio of narrow flange beam-column joint not exceed 0.4 in practical use.(6)The column web reinforcement plate can significantly improve the bearing capacity of the joint.The size of the web reinforcement plate and the equal height of the end plate will cause stress concentration at the edges of stiffening parts,and the failure of column section due to plastic hinge formation.It is suggested that when narrow flanged beam-column joint reinforce column webs,the size of the web reinforcement plate exceeds 120 mm beyond the edge of the end plate on each side. |
