Reliability Evaluation And Maintenance Strategies Selection Of Existing Glass Curtain Wall

The glass curtain wall is a building envelope that does not bear the load of the main structure,and is widely used in various buildings.With the growth of the service life of the existing glass curtain walls,the quality problems of various types of curtain wall projects built in the early days are gradually emerging,and most of the current maintenance is expost maintenance,which seriously affects the safety of people’s lives and property and the construction of the city.The existing glass curtain wall accidents occur frequently,so it is urgent to connect the theoretical research and practical application.Before the accident,the existing glass curtain wall should be evaluated as a whole,and the corresponding maintenance should be carried out according to the evaluation results.Therefore,from the perspective of maintenance enterprises,this paper studies the reliability evaluation and maintenance strategy selection of the existing glass curtain wall,in order to find a quantitative evaluation method for the reliability of the existing glass curtain wall and provide the basis for the formulation of maintenance strategies.First,establish the reliability element evaluation model of the existing glass curtain wall.Based on the theoretical analysis of the reliability of the glass curtain wall,taking into account the principles of scientificity and comprehensiveness,through accident analysis and documentation,the reliability factors of the existing glass curtain wall are obtained,and the reliability and components of the existing glass curtain wall system are obtained.Reliability is connected,from the three aspects of glass panel,support system and connection system,from the two dimensions of physical performance and damage degree of each component,the existing glass curtain wall reliability evaluation index system is constructed.Finally,the existing glass curtain wall reliability evaluation system including 3 factor layer indicators,5 middle layer indicators,and 18 indicator layer indicators was established.Then,use the analytic hierarchy process and area method to determine the weight of the evaluation index.Finally,the reliability matter-element evaluation model of the existing glass curtain wall is established.This method can obtain the reliability level of the existing glass curtain wall as a whole and each component,and can also obtain the degree of deviation from the adjacent level.Then,based on the reliability evaluation,the existing glass curtain wall maintenance strategy is selected.Under the principle of avoiding excessive reliance on subjective experience,insufficient maintenance,and excessive maintenance,the actual situation of the glass curtain wall is taken as a reference,and the reliability evaluation of the glass curtain wall is taken as the basis.According to the principle of value engineering,the relatively high-value components are selected as the existing The maintenance object of the glass curtain wall is to formulate the maintenance strategy of the existing glass curtain wall from three aspects: technical strategy,management strategy and safeguard measures.Finally,select a suitable existing glass curtain wall for example analysis to verify the operability and adaptability of the study.The results show that this research has certain practical value,which can provide a quantitative method for the reliability evaluation of existing glass curtain walls for curtain wall maintenance enterprises,and further provide a basis for the selection of maintenance strategies,which can be used for existing Providing a basis for solving problems that occur from time to time in glass curtain wall accidents is of great significance to promote the progress of the maintenance system and the steady and healthy development of the glass curtain wall industry.
