Nowadays,asphalt pavement has become the mainstream form of pavement structure,mainly due to its advantages of smooth surface,comfortable driving,short construction period,convenient maintenance and so on.However,asphalt pavement has its obvious shortcomings,such as softening in summer,embrittlement in winter,poor water resistance,poor aging resistance,etc.,among which rutting is one of the more common and serious disease forms of asphalt pavement,which seriously affects the stability and comfort of driving and shortens the service life of the pavement.Therefore,rut disease has become a technical problem to be solved.Based on this,this paper uses polyurethane adhesives,aggregates,and fibers to obtain a new road material with a specific molding method based on a certain mix ratio.Polyurethane adhesive has high strength and good elasticity after curing,which can greatly improve the rutting resistance of the road surface,and also greatly improve other performance of the road surface,thus greatly extending the service life of the road.In this paper,the mix proportion design is carried out firstly.The one component moisture curing polyurethane adhesive is used as the binder,and the SMA-13 grading is used to form the Stone Matrix Polyurethane.The range of the proportioning is determined by Kentucky scatter test and leakage test,in this range,the Marshall design method commonly used in asphalt mixture is used for reference to determine the best rubber stone ratio of Stone Matrix Polyurethane,then the best curing temperature and time of Stone Matrix Polyurethane were determined by Marshall Stability.The paper analyzes the road performance and mechanical performance of Stone Matrix Polyurethane.In the analysis of road performance,the SBS modified Stone Matrix Asphalt is selected for comparison.The high,low temperature and water stability performance of the two mixtures are analyzed through rutting test,small beam bending test,immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw split test.The results show that the high temperature and low temperature performance of Stone Matrix Polyurethane is much better than that of SBS modified Stone Matrix Asphalt,but when the water stability of the two mixtures is studied,different results appear under different test methods.The Stone Matrix Polyurethane has been tested under different temperature and different immersion environment for compressive strength,flexural strength and cleavage.The results show that the Stone Matrix Polyurethane has the advantages of high strength and low temperature sensitivity,but the strength decreases greatly at 80℃.Compared with full immersion,the strength of Stone Matrix Polyurethane decreased greatly under the effect of dry wet cycle,but still maintained at a higher level.Then,the composite rutting test of polyurethane-asphalt composite structure layer is carried out,and the influence of the thickness,temperature and load of Stone Matrix Polyurethane on the composite rutting board test piece is studied.The results show that the thickness of Stone Matrix Polyurethane has the greatest influence on the composite rutting board test piece,the temperature has the second influence on the composite rutting board test piece,and the load has the least influence on the composite rutting board test piece.Finally,the test road of Stone Matrix Polyurethane is paved,and the construction technology of polyurethane pavement is proposed,which lays a foundation for the application and promotion of polyurethane pavement.
