Study On The Optimization Of The Spatial Layout In Luobin Town Based On The Coordination Of “Production-Living-Ecology Space”

In the process of the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in our country,in order to pursue the rapid development of social economy,people carry out the development and construction without restraint,which leads to the tension of the relationship between people and land,the tightening of resource constraints,and the imbalance of spatial structure.In order to solve these problems and promote the sound development of regional space,the state proposed in 2012 to build a coordinated regional spatial pattern of " Production-Living-Ecology Space ",and successively issued a series of policy documents,emphasizing the goal of "beautiful ecological space,intensive and efficient production space,comfortable living space" to achieve the sustainable development of regional space.Luobin town is located in Pucheng County,Shaanxi Province.In recent years,it is faced with problems such as insufficient protection of ecological space,broken and inefficient production space,continuous loss of population and gradual decline of living space.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize its spatial pattern with the goal of " Production-LivingEcology Space " coordination.First of all,through the analysis and summary of practical cases,it is clear that the optimization of regional spatial pattern needs to be carried out from three aspects: current situation analysis,land evaluation and optimization measures.This paper discusses the function,land classification and interrelation of the " Production-Living-Ecology Space " in the town area from the theoretical level,and analyzes that the construction of ecological civilization and the transformation of farmers’ production and life style are the driving factors for the optimization of the pattern of the " Production-Living-Ecology Space ".On this basis,the specific content of the optimization of the spatial pattern of the town area is determined and the framework of the optimization of the spatial pattern of the town area is constructed.Secondly,the paper studies the land scale of " Production-Living-Ecology Space " in Luobin town from the two levels of county and town,makes clear the development of "Production-Living-Ecology Space " in Luobin Town,and analyzes the distribution of current ecological,production and living space in Luobin town through landscape pattern index analysis,core density analysis,contiguity analysis and other methods at the town level,and summarizes the distribution characteristics and existing problems of " Production-LivingEcology Space ".Then,according to the actual situation of Luobin Town,the evaluation system of land ecological function importance,production function suitability and life function suitability is constructed from three aspects of evaluation factor selection,evaluation index weight determination and evaluation index grading.Based on the evaluation system,single factor evaluation and comprehensive evaluation are carried out in Arc GIS,and three kinds of spatial evaluation results are obtained respectively.Finally,on the basis of the evaluation results,combined with the requirements of ecological civilization construction and farmers’ modern production and life style,the optimization measures of ecological space,production space and life space are proposed respectively,and the evaluation results are revised.Put forward the coordination principle of ecology,production and living space,delimit the "Production-Living-Ecology Space" as a whole,form the optimization result of town space pattern,and provide support for the sustainable development of town space in Luobin.
