There are more and more patients with lower limb motor dysfunction caused by stroke,motor nerve injury and ect.Moreover,the corresponding medical rehabilitation equipment can not meet the needs of precise rehabilitation.In order to improve the opportunity and efficiency of rehabilitation for patients and reduce the work intensity of health care workers,this paper analyzes the current domestic and overseas situation of lower limb rehabilitation training robots at home and abroad,and combines the physiological characteristics of human body,to design a wheel-type rehabilitation training bed for which can be used lower limb patients in hospital or home.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,according to the physiological structure and the inertial parameters of the human body,this paper analyzes the size of the human body and the movement degree of movement of the joints,and explores the weight of the lower limbs and the joint angle of the human body.On the basis of the design goal,the overall design scheme is proposed,and the man-machine model is established to find out the factors that affect the joint angle.Secondly,the kinematics and dynamics models of the bed mechanism and treadmill mechanism were established to analyzes the movement of the flipping and rising for the lower limb rehabilitation training bed,simultaneity determine its driving mode,and calculate the optimal solution of the position of the electric push rod,then focuses on the transmission in the treadmill mechanism design and calculation of shafts and gears,furthermore use CAD,UG and other software to carry out anthropomorphic three-dimensional modeling design of lower limb rehabilitation training bed.Thirdly,using ADAMS software to carry out the dynamic simulation of the turning mechanism of the bed and treadmill,and analyzes the simulation results,meanwhile,verifies the selected Motor and electric push rod;and then use MATLAB and ADAMS joint simulation to truly reflect the movement process of the bed turning;in addition,a simplified model of the lower limbs was established,and a kinematics simulation of the two-factor three-level test was designed to obtain the angle and time at the joint Change curve,so as to determine whether the angle range of hip and knee joints is within the normal range after exercise training for the lower limbs.Finally,this paper uses ANSYS finite element simulation software to analyze the static force of the lower limb rehabilitation training bed,in order to obtain a key component strength cloud map and check the strength of the components;the Modal module in ANSYS is used to perform modal analysis on the lower extremity rehabilitation training bed to verify whether resonance occurs;the key parts of the lower extremity rehabilitation training bed are optimized for multiobjective dimensions to obtain the optimal solution.Completing the structural design of the treadmill-type lower limb rehabilitation training bed,which provides a good theoretical basis and practical experience for the development of rehabilitation theory and rehabilitation equipment.
