Wind power generation has become a new form of energy utilization that has received much attention due to its advantages of environmental protection,pollutionfree,flexible installed capacity and short construction period.However,wind power also has the disadvantage of being affected by environmental factors,unstable output power,and poor controllability.Directly connecting unstable wind power to the grid will cause impact on the grid,affect the safe and stable operation of the grid and the overall power quality of the grid.With the maturity of energy storage technology and the reduction of application prices,energy storage technology has begun to be widely used in wind power generation.Energy storage technology can store energy that is temporarily unavailable,and release energy when the outside world needs energy.The time limit of the power system for energy utilization ensures stable output and efficient use of energy.Therefore,the widespread use of energy storage technology can effectively reduce the randomness and volatility of wind power generation,increase the confidence of wind power utilization,increase the value of wind energy use,and enhance the grid’s ability to accept new energy power generation.This paper first summarizes the research and development status of energy storage technology,and introduces the research on the application of energy storage technology in suppressing the output power of wind power.It proposes to use the supercapacitor energy storage system and hydrogen energy storage system to complement each other and build a hybrid energy storage system to stabilize wind power.The scheme of output power;secondly,analyzes the volatility of wind power output power,introduces the commonly used wind power decomposition method,and focuses on the wavelet packet decomposition method.Based on this research,combined with the national wind power grid-connected standard,the adaptive wavelet packet is written.The wind power decomposition software prepares to determine the target power.Then,based on the analysis of the energy flow of the hydrogen storage system,the electrolysis cell and the fuel cell model are constructed.The wavelet packet decomposition method is used to determine the target power.According to the supercapacitor and hydrogen storage energy.Hybrid energy storage control strategy with different energy storage characteristics and coordinated power distribution.Finally,the fuzzy control algorithm is introduced,and a hybrid energy storage coordinated control optimization scheme based on fuzzy control algorithm is proposed.The matlab/Simulink platform is used to simulate and verify the hybrid energy storage.Control strategy and stabilize wind power The effect of fluctuating power.
