| In recent years,China’s wind power generation has developed rapidly.Most of them are built in the cold mountainous areas and wet and cold areas of the plateau.The wind turbines face the test of blade icing.Blade icing is one of the main reasons for the unexpected shutdown of wind turbines.There is still no mature and reliable ice identification method and automatic deicing system.When the wind turbine blades are frozen or covered,the safety operation and power generation efficiency of the unit will be seriously affected.On the basis of summarizing the existing blade deicing technology at home and abroad,according to the actual situation and the requirements of the wind turbine,the image recognition blade icing technology is selected for research.The edge detection algorithm is used to identify the blade edge and judge the icing.The situation provides a reliable deicing signal for the PLC control logic and forms an efficient and reliable de-icing system through the PLC control logic.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly of all,the selection of hardware and the application of new materials are introduced,and a new method based on image edge detection is proposed.The blade edge is identified by using related algorithms,and the Image Icing recognition system is modeled.Compared with traditional methods,this method provides a reliable and efficient theoretical method for monitoring blade icing.Secondly,combined with the fan operation status and icing status,the factors affecting the blade ice shedding are analyzed.A more accurate power measurement method is proposed.Based on PLC and Twin CAT software,the deicing control system is developed.The deicing control logic is designed by using PLC,and the safety protection control strategy is designed.Finally,based on the artificial environment laboratory to test the hardware and system,and predict the deicing effect,the impact on the unit’s power generation,complete the safe and reliable test of the control cabinet;and compare with other program technical routes to improve system performance Feasibility,stability,accuracy and reliability.This paper studies the accurate identification of wind turbine blade ice coating,applies image edge detection and detection to the research and analysis of blade deicing system,and successfully develops the corresponding ice recognition algorithm and deicing control logic.A preliminary study on the deicing control and safety protection control optimization methods was carried out,which provided theoretical guidance and practical experience for further optimization of the blade antifreeze device. |
