| With the rapid development of society and economy,the constant expansion of urban construction,and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the higher and higher requirements have been put forward for the number of users of urban heating and the quality of heating.The consumption of coal by the boiler to produce steam is both an energy conversion process and a production process.For the boiler group system composed of multiple boiler control stations,the entire production process is monitored and managed(cluster management)using network technology.Records,statistics,and analysis are made on relevant data,and the results of statistical analysis of various data are promptly and quickly released to related departments.For example,leaders at all levels,boiler control rooms,and various types of work sections have very important significance.Using advanced network technologies to build an integrated automation system consisting of an on-site control layer,a display operation layer,and an information management layer can organically combine production and management.Through the transformation of modern information technology,the management level of the entire use unit will be raised,the management and control will be combined,the merits will be rewarded and punished,and the responsibility and enthusiasm of the staff will be fully mobilized.The production level will be improved through the strengthening of management,so that all production processes of the entire boiler system will be ready at any time.Being in the best optimized state can effectively improve production efficiency.Combining with the status quo,the heating boiler monitoring system of this paper has designed a heating boiler control system based on PLC and variable frequency speed control technology.The control system takes an industrial control machine as the upper machine and Siemens S7-300 programmable control machine as the lower machine.The system controls the start,operation and speed regulation of the motor through the inverter.The upper computer monitor adopts Win CC design,mainly completes the system operation interface design,realizes the system start-stop control,the parameter establishment,the alarm linkage,the historical data inquiry and so on.The lower computer control program adopts STEP7 programming software design of Siemens,mainly completes the processing of analog signal,PID control of temperature and pressure signals,and accepts the control command of the upper computer to complete the fan start-stop control,parameter setting,circulation Pump control and the rest of the motor control.The variable frequency control system designed in this paper realizes the automatic control of the boiler combustion process,and the system is stable and reliable.The automatic control of the collective heating boiler system plays a significant role in saving energy consumption and ensuring the constant temperature of the outlet water,thereby improving the social and economic benefits of the heating company.The computer control and variable frequency control of the boiler in this system can not only greatly save energy,but also design and develop an integrated automation management system integrating monitoring,alarming and other functions with PLC and its communication and configuration.It can promote environmental protection and can improve The level of production automation has significant economic and social benefits. |
