Abstract/Summary:
The demand of clutch friction plate is huge that belong to quick-wear components as important part of automobile transmission structure.Polymer matrix friction materials are widely used in the market with multi-processes including chop,pulping,glue,drying,cutting,shaping,that quality is difficult to assure when one step produce defects impact post steps,productivity is low due to manual operation in several steps as well as high pollution and high energy consumption issue.As environmental protection regulations release and people’s environmental protection concept improvement,it is become urgent need to optimize traditional friction material process to eliminate pulping,dipping,drying processes with high pollution and high energy consumption so as to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection.In view of this,this thesis is by the support of Zhejiang province public benefit technology application research project "Car clutch friction material with new environmental protection process and automation equipment research",develop automation equipment of enclosing friction material evenly on reinforced fiber wire by heat extrusion of automation equipment in order to solve the problem of energy conservation and environmental protection in the process of clutch friction plate so as to save production cost,improve productivity and has important implication.The main content of this thesis is as below.1.Analyze function reliability of friction plate by friction material molding of new process,trial-produce samples by molding after enclosing friction material,test function indexes such as void ratio,hardness,wear resistance,and compared with samples produced by the traditional production process.2.On the basis of new clutch friction materials manufacturing process,design devices such as automatic chop,screw conveyor,heating,cooling,automatic gluing device,etc.,and based on the touch screen technology,program PLC auto-control software,develop a new type auto-production equipment for friction material,optimize thread assembly and threaded rod by orthogonal experiment and finite element analysis.3.Test the auto-production equipment for clutch friction material,analyze relationship between main motor factors such as speed,heating,cooling temperature,cutting frequency and indexes of manufactured friction material function,which result shows all indexes of reinforced fiber finished products can meet the demands of enterprises,The productivity of friction material has been 4 times higher than that of traditional process,and great improvement in the reduction of energy consumption has been achieved.There is also a great improvement in energy conservation.
