In southwestern China,there is a long-term high temperature season.Roller compacted concrete dams are confronted with construction technology problems and the threat of temperature cracks.Temperature cracks affect the normal operation and durability of the dam to different degrees.This article takes the official hydropower project as the research object.The dam of this project adopts a roller compacted concrete dam,and around the problems of temperature control and crack prevention of RCC and bedding concrete,the temperature field and stress of the concrete are systematically studied theoretically and practically.The simulation calculation theory of the field carried out a detailed analysis and research on the problem of RCC gravity dams located in high temperature regions during the hot season,cold winter,and conventional concrete temperature control of cushions.The main contents are as follows:(1)The thermal and mechanical properties of concrete were systematically studied and studied,and the influence of these factors on the cracking of concrete was mastered.At the same time,the theory of calculation and analysis of the non-steady temperature field and stress field of concrete was systematically studied and understood.(2)Combined with the conditions of the meteorological,hydrological and concrete properties of the Guandi hydropower project site,refer to the existing engineering experience,in-depth analysis of existing data,and determine a reasonable calculation parameters.(3)Based on the RCC dam of the Guandi Hydropower Station,the temperature control simulations of the dam during the summer and winter construction periods were carried out respectively.According to the calculation results,targeted concrete for the high temperature season and winter construction Propose a reasonable temperature control crack prevention recommendations.(4)Explain the mechanism and characteristics of RCC dam under temperature stress,and introduce the commonly used temperature control and crack prevention methods for RCC dam.(5)Focusing on the project of the Guandi hydropower dam project,the temperature control and crack prevention of the overflow dam surface of the dam body was systematically studied.
