This article describes the thermal design of measurement and control system use for hypersonic vehicle,described on the measurement and control system characteristics and current situation of the thermal design technology at home and abroad,and describes the main wok:1.Discussed the theory of thermal design,thermal desing methods and principles,the various methods of thermal technology.2.Intrduce two cooling solutions for measurement and control system,and each program conducted a detailed description and thermal analysis,comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two programs,determine the system’s cooling solution.3.Analysis cooling solution by software,to optimaize the design based on the simulation results of measurement and control system equipment.4.Combination of thermal simulation analysis of the measurement and control system designed in detail,the main module temperature testing,analysis of the measured values and software value differences.The calculation process measurement and control system for hypersonic vehicle thermal design and anslysis provides a useful reference,with some practical value.
