Research On The Risk Decision And Risk Monitoring Of Oilfield Technological Innovation

Technological innovations are increasingly becoming the key to promote economic growth and improve technology competitiveness.The technological innovation activities will inject new strength into oilfield for the survival and development in the global financial crisis,and they play an irreplaceable role.But technological innovation is a business with high risk and low success rate.If you want it to be successful,it is necessary to research on the risks and prepare to prevent the risks.So,it’s a great significance to research on risk decision and monitoring.In this paper,the writer researches on the results and theoretical system which the Scholars have researched in domestic and foreign.Based on research on enterprises,the writer used the hierarchical holographic model(HHM)to identify the risk factors and tamped down foundation of the risk assessment and monitor in technological innovation,and summarized five kinds of risk factors and seventeen kinds of risks sub-factors.And the writer establishes decision-making index system with the risk characteristics of oilfield,then sets the weight of each indicator by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP method),and in the risk decision-making the new technology R&D risk and safety-health risks are more important.Based on VIKOR method,it constructs risk decision model.The risk decision-making indicators of Oilfield technological innovation projects were systematically analyzed,and the writer built a corresponding risk monitoring indicators.Finally,the writer evaluated and decided three drilling technology innovation projects comprehensively by using this decision-making model,and chose a drilling technology innovation project with minimum risks scientifically.On this basis,the writer establishes a risk control departments to monitored the risk monitoring indicators combined with the actual situation of drilling technology innovation projects,in the and the risks which are in the process of technological innovation can be effectively controlled.
