The hydraulic support test bench is a large engineering test platform for testing the working performance of the new hydraulic support before its large-scale production.In the process of repeated loading test on hydraulic support,the test bench is prone to fatigue damage,which affects the accuracy of the test results.In order to ensure the safety of the hydraulic support delivered from the factory and the accuracy of the measurement data,it is necessary to ensure the reliability of the strength and fatigue life of the test bench.This paper is based on the project of "dynamic analysis and reliability optimization design of50000 k N hydraulic support test-bed" carried out by Yanzhou Mining Group and our School.Based on the rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype technology,based on the strength and fatigue damage theory of mechanical structure,through the collaboration of Creo,Adams,Matlab,n Soft and other software,The rigid-flexible coupling model of the 50000 k N hydraulic support test bench and ZY29000/45/100 D shield hydraulic support is simulated and analyzed under multiple working conditions,and the original load spectrum and stress and deformation distribution of the stress loading history of the key components of the test bench are obtained.According to the postprocessing results of the simulation,the distribution of stress and deformation of the hydraulic support test bench under various working conditions is discussed,and the causes of the components that bear large stress and produce large deformation are analyzed.By comparing the post-processing results of different working conditions,it is determined that the horizontal internal loading is the worst loading condition,and the durability simulation test is carried out for the horizontal internal condition to obtain the durability data of the test bench under the horizontal internal condition.The fatigue characteristics of the hydraulic support test bench under horizontal internal conditions are studied.The original load data of each key component of the test-bed is derived according to the Adams post-processing results.The original load data of each component is extrapolated and the fatigue life is calculated using n Soft.Based on the calculation method of the fatigue life reliability of lognormal distribution and the fatigue life of each component,the fatigue life reliability of each key component is calculated using Matlab programming.Based on the data of post-processing results of multi-condition simulation,the fatigue characteristics of the key components of the 50000 k N hydraulic support test-bed are studied using multi-software collaboration.The research results not only provide reference for the structure and strength design of individual components of the large hydraulic support test bench in China in the future,but also have important reference value for the future study of the fatigue characteristics of the test bench system.
