“Double carbon” put forward,causes our country to control the coal production and the demand strictly.As a result of the supply-side structural upgrading of the industry,many small and medium-sized coal mines were closed down or merged,the output of coal mines decreased,coal consumption is also reduced.At the same time in a short time will lead to coal production demand imbalance,inter-regional transportation problems.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to improve the layout of coal storage,so as to ensure the production and transportation of coal,make coal transportation more modern and large-scale,and promote the utilization rate of coal,thus,the supply and demand of coal will not affect the equilibrium state in a special time,and the normal life of the residents and the normal operation of the enterprises which depend on coal highly can be ensured.At the same time,the new concept of pre-warehouse is introduced into the coal field to provide a certain theoretical basis for storage layout.Based on the background of“Double carbon”,the supply and demand of coal will decrease year by year,but the improvement of coal storage can not be ignored.In this paper,according to the trend of coal supply and demand in our country,we consult and study the related research on the optimization of coal logistics layout at home and abroad,and take shanxi-hebei intersection as an example to carry out the corresponding research and calculation.The main research contents are as follows:1.The paper analyzes the cause and influence of insufficient coal demand,considers the importance of coal storage layout to supply and demand,and determines the significance of pre-silo in coal field,so as to provide basis for optimization of coal storage layout;2.To determine the impact of pre-warehouse layout set up index system,take Shanxi as the supply side,Hebei as the demand side as a case study of supply and demand,set up a dimensional analysis model,according to the index system,the quantitative and qualitative factors are selected and calculated,and the weighting method is used to calculate the importance factors;3.The sorted pre-positions are divided into three levels,and the pre-selected areas are distributed according to the three levels.The empirical analysis shows that adding pre-warehouse on the basis of logistics node provides a new theoretical direction for the improvement of coal logistics storage,and helps existing logistics nodes to carry out better optimization and service.Figure [11] Table [21] Reference [74]... |
