Abstract/Summary:
In this paper,the 1031 large dip angle intelligent mining face of Yangliu Coal Mine is taken as the research background.Through physical and mechanical experiments,the physical and mechanical parameters of coal samples in the working face are obtained.The intelligent degree of the 1031 working face is analyzed by using the evaluation index system of the adaptability of the intelligent fully mechanized mining in the coal mine.The main factors affecting the intelligent mining of the working face are determined.By using the similar simulation experiment,the characteristics of the mine pressure and the movement law of the overlying rock are studied.Through the numerical simulation experiment,the variation law of the lateral bearing pressure of the two roadways before and after the mining of the working face and the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock are revealed.The characteristics of mine pressure behavior along the inclined stope under different advance distances and different dip angles.The stability of the hydraulic support in the working face was studied by theoretical analysis,and the anti-collapse and anti-skid control measures of the support were put forward.The field measurement of 1031 large dip angle intelligent mining face was carried out.The main research results are as follows :(1)Through laboratory mechanical experiments,the compressive strength of 10 # coal seam in 1031 working face is 10.83 MPa,and the tensile strength is 0.34 MPa.(2)The adaptability evaluation index system of intelligent fully mechanized mining in coal mine is used to study the intelligence degree of 1031 working face.It can be concluded that the coal seam occurrence condition of 1031 working face is better,the category is class I,and the intelligence degree is higher.Among the various indicators of the classification and evaluation of the working face,the coal seam dip angle has the greatest impact on the intelligent mining of the working face,and it is necessary to focus on strengthening the research on the characteristics of the mine pressure behavior of the working face.(3)The failure characteristics and stress evolution law of overlying strata in 1031 working face are studied by similar simulation experiment.It can be concluded that the caving shape of overlying strata is asymmetric arch structure,the height of the two zones in the upper part of the working face is significantly higher than that in the lower part,and the fracture of overlying strata forms asymmetric arch shape.The height of the caving zone is about 14.7m,and the height of the fractured zone is 105.3m.With the advance of the working face,the stress trend of each measuring point of the floor is boosting-unloading-boosting to stability.(4)Through numerical simulation experiments,the variation law of lateral abutment pressure and surrounding rock deformation characteristics of the two roadways before and after mining are obtained.It is revealed that the vertical stress characteristics,displacement characteristics and failure field characteristics of the surrounding rock of the working face along the dip direction under different advancing distances and different dip angles are asymmetric arch structures,and the distribution characteristics are roughly the same.With the increase of advance distance and dip angle,the advance abutment pressure of working face becomes larger and more concentrated.(5)The tendency fracture and movement characteristics of large dip angle coal seam,the stress of support and surrounding rock after mining are analyzed.Then,the stress of the hydraulic support in the free state and the initial support state is analyzed,and the reasonable initial support force provided by the hydraulic support for the control of the direct roof strata is 652.13 k N / frame.The critical coal seam dip angle value that the support can maintain stability in the initial support state is 37.23 °.Combined with the actual situation of the site,the anti-collapse and anti-slip control measures of the support are proposed.(6)According to the field mine pressure observation data such as the working resistance and setting load of the hydraulic support in the working face,it can be obtained that the working resistance and setting load of each hydraulic support can meet the control of the stope roof during the initial weighting and periodic weighting.Figure [65] Table [34] Reference [87]...
