| Crawler mining machine integrates two important functions of material mining and conveying,which can transfer materials safely and efficiently.And because of its good performance,low grounding ratio and other characteristics,widely used in national defense,mining,construction and water conservancy and other fields.When the mining machine works under various working conditions,the crawler walking device is often impacted by complex cyclic loads from the outside,which leads to the reduction of the reliability of key internal components.As the core component of the driving wheel,the fatigue failure will seriously affect the work efficiency and economic benefits,so it is particularly important to study the dynamic characteristics and fatigue life estimation of the driving wheel under different variables.Firstly,taking ZWY-180 L type mining machine as the research object,this paper introduces the structure composition and driving principle of crawler walking device,carries out kinematic analysis of crawler walking system,and analyzes the relationship between ground soil type and crawler.Based on the theoretical formula,the crawler traveling device is calculated under each typical working condition,and the driving resistance of the traveling device under each working condition is obtained,and then the driving torque of the driving wheel under each working condition is calculated theoretically.Secondly,based on the theory of multiple rigid body system dynamics,Solidworks software is adopted to establish the caterpillar mining installed 3 d model,simplified into the dynamics software ADAMS,after climbing performance of crawler walking device simulation and physical prototype test,by comparing the two results,found that alignment is higher,so as to prove the rationality of the simulation parameters.Then,the dynamics simulation of the crawler mining machine is carried out under three typical working conditions,and the driving torque of the driving wheel is compared with the theoretical calculation value,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation results.In order to truly reflect the dynamic characteristics of the system,based on the rigid-flexible coupling theory,the flexible body generated by the driving wheel in the walking device is imported into ADAMS for rigid and flexible replacement by Hypermesh,which makes the simulation process closer to the actual situation.Taking four groups of pretension force values,four working conditions and two ground types as variables,the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation of the crawler walking device is carried out to study the load characteristics of the driving wheel under different pretension forces in the same working conditions.The results show that the optimal pre-ten SIoning force values of the driving wheel under the minimum load are35%,30%,20% and 30% of the vehicle weight respectively under the conditions of straight driving on flat road,climbing driving,uneven driving and in place steering.Then,different ground types were set to explore the influence of the driving wheel under different ground types in the same working condition,and the load curves under two ground types in the four working conditions were obtained and their variation rules were analyzed.Finally,the fatigue life research method and fatigue damage accumulation theory are introduced.ANSYS is used to carry out finite element analysis on the driving wheel under three working conditions,and the stress and deformation cloud diagram under each working condition is obtained.The results show that the strength and stiffness requirements are met.In order to reduce the quality of the driving wheel and save cost,the thickness of the gear was optimized and the mechanical properties were verified.Then,combined with the dynamic load spectrum and material S-N curve,the fatigue life of the driving wheel was calculated by An SYS-Ncode,and the fatigue life times and dangerous positions of the driving wheel under various working conditions were obtained.In this paper,the dynamics simulation and fatigue life analysis of crawler mining machine under different variables are carried out.The research results can provide important reference value for the development,use,production and optimization of crawler walking device.Figure [61] Table [16] Reference [80]... |
