| Large rigid storage tank is a common storage vessel for petrochemicals.Due to the special nature of petrochemical products,the non-linear load on the tank from strong wind and seismic environmental elements must be considered in the structural design.However,with the increase in service life,the huge weight of the storage tank acting on the ground for a long time may cause the occurrence of foundation settlement,and this phenomenon is more serious in coastal areas.When the overall tilt settlement of the tank is superimposed with the external load,the local stress of the tank wall may exceed the allowable stress of the structure and lead to accidents.Therefore,the research content of this paper is as follows:1.A two-dimensional tank sloshing test rig under tilted settlement is built by using the characteristics of a six-degree-of-freedom motion platform to simulate different settlement angles(0°,0.86°,1.2°,1.85°)of the tank.2.The study is divided into two parts: test and numerical simulation,and the comparison between test data and numerical simulation shows that the numerical simulation results at different excitation frequencies and different angles are in good agreement with the test results,and the established numerical model of liquid sloshing can accurately predict the sloshing pressure,wave height and The established numerical model of liquid sloshing can accurately predict the sloshing pressure,wave height,and free liquid level variation distribution.The resonance frequency of the liquid tank is obtained by analyzing the experimental data.The closer the external excitation is to the resonance frequency of the liquid tank,the more violent the shaking of the liquid tank and the greater the damage to the liquid tank.4.In the numerical simulation,13 sets of simple harmonic motions and three typical strong seismic signals were used to test the dynamic response of the tank under different settling states.In order to compare the effect of tilt degree on the structural dynamic response,four different tilt angles were implemented and the moments of the storage tank bulkhead were calculated under the coupling effect of the overall settlementIn summary,the thesis investigates the overall tilt-settlement and sway coupling of liquid storage tanks,and studies and analyzes the law of liquid tank sway in different attitudes as well as provides methods and references for the future safety assessment of storage tanks through the calculation of moments.Figure [38] table [10] reference [79]... |
