The axial flow counter-rotating dust removal fan is an inhalation dust removal fan,which mainly acts on the dust source and is used in the working environment with high dust production such as underground crushing,yard transportation,bulk material stacking and coal mining working face.In order to improve the working performance of the fan,i.e.the dust removal performance of the fan,the working principle of the axial flow counter-rotating dust removal fan is analyzed,the fan model and the key parameters of the fan are simulated based on computational fluid dynamics,the optimal combination of structural parameters of the fan is obtained by combining with orthogonal tests,and the dust removal performance of the fan before and after optimization is analyzed by inlet field experiments.The main research contents of this paper are shown as follows:1)Established a three-dimensional model of the axial counter-rotating dust removal fan,simulate the work of the axial counter-rotating dust removal fan with the help of the FLUENT module in ANSYS,analyze the internal flow field and the velocity-pressure distribution of the inlet and outlet when the fan is working,and obtain the values of the dust removal performance parameters of the prototype fan.2)Conducted single-factor simulation tests on key structural parameters of the axial counter-rotating dust removal fan(primary and secondary impeller speed,number of primary impeller blades,number of secondary impeller blades,air cylinder diameter,distance from impeller to inlet and distance between primary and secondary impellers)to determine the appropriate structural parameter levels for the orthogonal tests.3)The orthogonal test of key structural parameters of the axial flow counter-rotating dust collector was conducted with the structural parameter levels determined by the single-factor test.The results of the orthogonal test by extreme difference analysis to get the best combination of parameters,the fan before and after optimization to do a comparative analysis,the results show that the best combination of parameters fan model than the original fan model performance indicators have improved,its inlet static pressure,inlet full pressure,fan full pressure,fan efficiency and overall performance increased by 29.4%,38.2%,26%,19.3% and29.4% respectively.4)In order to verify the correctness of the orthogonal test,the fan before and after optimization to do inlet field experiments.Through the experiment,the optimized fan than the optimized fan inlet static pressure increased by 27.7%,and the error in the numerical simulation results is within a reasonable range,indicating that the orthogonal test results have some correctness.This paper combines theory,simulation tests and field experiments to study the influence of structural parameters of axial flow counter-rotating dust removal fan on working performance,which enriches the research content of axial flow counter-rotating dust removal fan in the field of dust extraction and has certain reference value for improving the working performance of axial flow counter-rotating dust removal fan.Figure[46] table[24] reference[83]...
