| Transportation accident is one of the common accident types in coal mine production in our country,which brings great casualties and property loss to coal mine enterprises.To prevent and control the occurrence of coal mine transportation accidents,it is necessary to find out the internal causes of transportation accidents,especially to reveal the relationship between accidents,unsafe actions and unsafe physical states from the level of individual actions.However,the current research is still lacking.To solve this problem,this paper adopts the method of statistical analysis and human factors engineering experiment,uses the "2-4" model of accident cause,analyses with SPSS software,AHP-entropy weight analysis,studies the individual action of coal mine transportation accidents,and carries on the accident prevention research from the aspect of educational video.Based on the "2-4" model,80 coal mine transportation accidents occurred between 2015-2021 in coal mine safety production network(The types of transportation accidents include inclined well sports car,lifting transportation,tape transportation,flat lane electric locomotive and trackless rubber wheel car),identified the unsafe actions and unsafe mine transportation accidents from the individual action level,used SPSS to analyze the unsafe actions and unsafe objects identified by SPSS software,and obtained the correlation between unsafe actions and unsafe objects.The analysis results show that the unsafe actions and the unsafe objects such as the failure to check the facilities and equipment,improper staffing and management,risky operation,failure to stop the violations in time,and improper transportation system management are mutually dangerous factors.Accident prevention can strengthen the education and training of these several kinds of unsafe actions and combined with unsafe physical state inspection and prevention,to improve the effect of accident prevention.AHP-entropy weight method is used to analyze the importance degree of all kinds of unsafe actions and unsafe material states that lead to coal mine transportation accidents.The analytical model is established and game theory to balance the subjective and objective weights,which shows that risky operation and illegal operation facilities are more than 0.1.They may be due to poor safety psychology,fluke,energy saving and adventure;and the lack of safety knowledge and awareness will also cause unsafe action.In accident prevention,it is recommended to focus on the prevention of the cause factors with great importance.In the primary index,the unsafe action cause accounts for 0.7948,and the unsafe physical causes account for 0.2051.It is suggested that the action prevention in accident prevention should cost more manpower and financial resources.In view of the key and important unsafe actions leading to accidents,the idea of improving the unsafe actions by safety education video is put forward to effectively prevent and control the occurrence of coal mine transportation accidents.The identified 12 types of unsafe actions were corresponding to the educational video,and10 educational videos were selected for training the 12 types of unsafe actions based on the eye movement data.Following the independent sample T test of the educational video text design,the results show that the visual attention is more concentrated after using the key illustrative text mark,and the attention of the dynamic illustrative text design.Figure 28 Table 39 Reference 118... |
