Starting from Datong City,Shanxi Province and ending at Qinhuangdao City,Hebei Province,Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway has a total length of 653 km passing through Shanxi,Hebei,Beijing and Tianjin.As one of the main channels of China’s "coal transport from the west to the east",it has undertaken one-fifth of the entire coal transportation volume,which has become the significant coal transportation artery in China.The features such as the large number of stations on the Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway,the long route,the large transportation volume and the heavy-load transportation cause the occurrence of railway transportation accidents from time to time.According to the collection of accident data over the past ten years,the number of accidents is found to decrease year by year,but what should be pointed out is that the base is still large.In particular,the "4.14" train collision and derailment accident happening this year has deeply reminded us.Therefore,it is of great significance to ensure the safety production of Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway Train Operation Depot in terms of studying the accident data of Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway Train Operation Depot,finding out the relationship between accident potential and accident type,and studying the "two-violation behaviors" of employees to minimize the occurrence of accidents caused by human factors.Firstly,the freight operations of Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway Train Operation Depot were divided into three categories of out-of-gauge goods,dangerous goods,and ordinary goods,in which the operation process and typical accidents of each operation were analyzed.The accident tree analysis was used to find out the safety influencing factors of each operation,and the summary was done to get the influencing factors of freight safety in Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway Train Operation Depot.Secondly,929 pieces of accident data in the whole section in 2021 were collected,and the summary statistics was conducted.The Apriori algorithm was adopted to mine the accident data,and the screening was conducted to get the strong association rules.The grey relational analysis was taken as the guidance to conduct relational analysis on accident types and safety hazards.Finally,a total of 2,619 pieces about the employees in the whole section in June 2022 were collected,in which the time,content and position of violation the rules were analyzed.In this way,the best management strategy can be found to avoid accidents caused by human factors and realize the proactive prevention.In this thesis,the actual freight work of the Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway Train Operation Depot is taken as the basis.The quantitative analysis on various influencing factors of safety in the transportation process is carried out through the collected accident data and "two-violation data" of employees.As a result,the improvement of the safety management level of DatongQinhuangdao Railway Train Operation Depot and the reduction of the occurrence of accidents can be greatly promoted.
