With the strategic deployment of developing high-end CNC machine tools in China,the networking and intelligence of CNC machine tools has become a key technology to be solved urgently.Among them,the functional parameter data extraction and remote operation and maintenance technology of CNC machine tools for networked data transmission is one of the key scientific and technological foundations for realizing the networking and intelligence of modern CNC machine tools,and it is also one of the important ways to establish a modern industrial network and realize lean production.In this regard,this paper develops a set of functional parameter information extraction and remote operation and maintenance platform system for FANUC CNC system.The platform system can monitor the state data of the machine tool remotely online through the browser,and can remotely control the motion control and thermal error compensation control of the machine tool.According to the measured temperature sensitive point data and compensation model,the compensation value is output in real time to realize thermal error compensation.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)For the FANUC CNC system,the hardware structure of CNC machine tools and the information transmission mechanism of functional parameters are analyzed.The information extraction method based on FOCAS protocol is developed,and the data local extraction function of CNC machine tool functional parameters is realized.(2)The remote online monitoring,data extraction and remote transmission,thermal error compensation remote operation and maintenance technology are studied.Firstly,a remote online monitoring scheme based on B/S architecture is proposed,and a remote online data extraction and monitoring module is developed.Then,the process of remote control method is studied,and the remote control system and local upper computer control module are developed to realize the control function of remote operation and maintenance technology.Finally,a thermal error measurement system is built to collect data and extract and transmit remote operation and maintenance data.According to the origin offset function of the machine tool,the remote compensation operation and maintenance of thermal error is realized.(3)The B/S architecture system based on HTTP communication protocol is designed.The developed local online data extraction and monitoring module is used as the intermediate station,and then a complete CNC machine tool information extraction and remote operation and maintenance platform system is developed.(4)Taking Taichung Precision Machine Vcenter-55 vertical CNC machining center as the object,the test environment of CNC machine tool data extraction and remote operation and maintenance platform system is built,and the functional modules of the remote operation and maintenance platform developed in this paper are tested and verified.The experimental results show that the information extraction and remote operation and maintenance platform system developed in this paper can realize remote online monitoring,remote control and thermal error compensation functions,which has great engineering and application significance.
