| Flotation is a common technique in ore dressing.In order to improve the separation effect of traditional anionic collector,reduce the grade of hematite tailings by reverse flotation,and improve the recovery of iron,this thesis based on the most widely used sodium oleate collector,by combining with auxiliary collectors and surfactants,compared the improvement degree of different length of hydrocarbon chain synergies on sodium oleate collection effect.In order to obtain a better separation effect of hematite and quartz gangue sodium oleate compound collector.In this thesis,sodium oleate was used as the main collector.Through exploration experiments,diesel oil was selected as the representative of compound synergistic agents(synergistic agents)with short hydrocarbon chain(carbon chain length 10-20),ethyl oleate as the medium hydrocarbon chain(carbon chain length 20)and triglyceride as the long hydrocarbon chain(carbon chain length more than 20).Taking pure hematite and quartz minerals as flotation objects,the flotation tests of pure minerals and artificial mixed ore were carried out to compare the separation effect,and the mechanism of synergism between additives and sodium oleate was studied by means of infrared spectrum,surface tension,contact Angle characterization,water recovery calculation and other analysis methods,so as to provide theoretical reference for the reverse flotation separation of hematite and quartz with sodium oleate anionic collector.The collection effect of sodium oleate collector on hematite and quartz pure minerals was investigated in the pure mineral test.The change of recovery rate of the two pure minerals under different p H values,Ca O dosage and sodium oleate dosage was determined through the test.It was concluded that under the conditions of p H value 11.5,sodium oleate dosage 200 mg/L and calcium oxide dosage 20 mg/L,The recoveries of quartz and hematite were 88.40% and 60.00%,respectively.Then through the test,the effects of adding different kinds and different amounts of synergistic agents on the flotation of two pure minerals quartz and hematite were compared,and the ratio of sodium oleate to synergistic agents was 4:1 when the recovery difference between the two minerals was the largest.On the basis of this proportion and the optimum flotation test conditions,the reverse flotation test of artificial mixed ore was carried out.Under the condition of single sodium oleate collector,the reverse flotation test results of artificial mixed ore(the ratio of hematite to quartz is 3:1,equivalent to iron grade of 48.75%)showed that under the optimal conditions of the amount of hematite inhibitor causticizing starch,the amount of quartz activator calcium oxide,the amount of sodium oleate collector,iron grade of 63.20%,iron recovery of 83.00% can be obtained.Under the optimum conditions of sodium oleate and diesel oil combined collector test,iron grade of concentrate reached 63.90% and iron recovery reached90.10%.Under the optimum conditions of sodium oleate + ethyl oleate combined collector,the iron grade reached 64.10% and the recovery was 91.80%.Under the optimum conditions,the iron grade reached 64.13% and the recovery was 91.50%.The comparative test showed that considering the iron grade,recovery rate and dosage of reagent,the best reagent combination was sodium oleate + triglyceride(4:1).The adsorption characteristics of pure minerals of hematite and quartz with sodium oleate collector and three synergistic agents by infrared spectroscopy showed that sodium oleate collector and three synergistic agents had chemical adsorption with quartz.The absorption peak width of pure mineral surface increases with the addition of surfactants,indicating that the adsorption capacity of the two synergistic agents on quartz is enhanced.The surface tension of the three synergistic reagent solutions was measured.The order of reducing the surface tension of water was triglyceride > ethyl oleate > diesel oil.The change law of contact Angle of pure mineral after adding compound agent is determined,which is consistent with the conclusion of surface tension effect.The water recovery test shows that the longer the flotation time,the higher the water recovery. |
