| Structural plane is a discontinuous surface in rock mass,which is the key control factor of rock mass stability.Obtaining information such as the spatial distribution and geometric dimensions of structural surfaces is the premise and basis for slope stability evaluation.3D laser scanning technology can quickly and comprehensively obtain 3D point cloud data of the rock mass surface.The point cloud model can accurately show the real situation of the rock mass surface.The structural plane information can be extracted to provide basic data for rock mass stability evaluation.This thesis takes the local rock mass of the southern side slope of the Dagushan Open-pit Mine as the research object.Using 3D laser scanner technology to obtain and process rock mass point cloud data,Research on structural plane identification and information extraction methods.Use the structural surface information and field survey information obtained in CSMR rock mass quality classification.Realized the entire process from rock mass point cloud data acquisition to rock mass quality evaluation.The main research content and results of this thesis are as follows:1.A method for structural surface identification and clustering based on point cloud normal vectors is introduced in detail.First calculate the point cloud normal vector by local flat fitting.Second,the improved region growing method.Taking the point cloud normal vector as the discriminant index.Identify the structural surface boundary as the growth boundary,then identify the structural surface and calculate the normal vector of the structural surface.Then use the HSV color space to color the structural surface based on the normal vector of the structural surface.Clustering and grouping by color approximation to realize structural plane identification and dominant group clustering.Finally,the icosahedral point cloud model is used to verify the above method.2.Based on the recognition of the structural.Use the DES program in MATLAB software to calculate the occurrence and area information of structural planes.Calculation of structural surface spacing and trace length by simulated survey line method and simulated survey line window method.Realize the extraction of structural surface geometric information.The method in this thesis is verified with the public rock mass point cloud data.3.Taking the local rock mass of the southern side slope of Dagushan Open-pit Mine as the research object.Use the method in this thesis to calculate the geometric information such as the occurrence,area,spacing,and trace length of the structural surface of the survey point.Combining field survey information,carry out rock mass quality classification on measuring points.Realized the entire process from point cloud data acquisition to rock mass quality evaluation. |
