| With the continuous exploitation of copper ore resources,the proportion of difficult ores is getting higher and higher.In order to meet the increasing demand for copper due to economic growth and social development,the development and utilization of low-grade copper sulfide ore is urgent.At present,the research on the beneficiation of low-grade copper sulfide at home and abroad mainly focuses on flotation,and the development of efficient flotation chemicals is one of the important research directions.In this thesis,in response to the problems of low grade and associated metal interference in a low-grade copper ore in Heilongjiang,the authors found that sulfur-nitrogen compound A and sulfur-nitrogen compound B with heavy aromatics produced a synergistic effect,which could improve hydrophobicity and copper concentrate recovery of copper sulfide ore.This thesis is devoted to the development of an efficient collector with good trapping capacity,selectivity and high recovery.In the thesis laser particle size meter,infrared spectrometer,contact angle meter,X-fluorescence analyzer,optical microscope,X-ray diffractometer and chemical phase analysis were used to determine the mineral characteristics of low-grade copper ore,trap structure,collector adsorption characteristics,etc.It is concluded that the copper ore mostly exists in the form of sulfide ore,and a small amount exists in the form of impurity inclusions;the heavy aromatic hydrocarbons in the auxiliary collector and sulfur-nitrogen compound A and sulfur-nitrogen compound B synergistically increase the contact angle on the solid surface of copper ore;FTIR detected a significant red shift of C=S weakening to 1045 cm-1and the formation of a new Cu-S chemical bond,indicating that mineral chemisorption occurs.Through the open circuit process to determine the optimal chemical system,a closed circuit process of one coarse,two fine and two sweeping was used to flotation of low-grade copper sulfide ore containing 0.35%copper in the feed ore,and an excellent index of 19.96%copper concentrate grade and recovery from 94.13%to96.10%was obtained.In the industrial production operation the trapping agent gets weekly average concentrate copper grade of 20.17%,recovery rate of 94.80%,tailing copper grade of0.014%flotation index.Each year,15,349,300 tons more copper concentrate is collected,creating an additional value of 12.04 million yuan,and the annual saving of2.625 million yuan in chemical consumption,which improves the annual comprehensive economic benefit of 14.665 million yuan.The test proves that the synergistic effect of aromatic hydrocarbons and sulfur-nitrogen compound A and sulfur-nitrogen compound B shows high selectivity for copper sulfide ore in the presence of pyrite,which has theoretical significance for future flotation of low-grade copper sulfide ore and significant practical significance for a large beneficiation plant in Heilongjiang to save cost and increase revenue. |
