As electric vehicles take up an increasing share of the overall automotive market,the use of power batteries,the core component of electric vehicles,is increasing dramatically.The performance of power batteries will decay to the point where they are no longer suitable for electric vehicles as the number of recharges increases,and power batteries have reached their peak retirement period.Improper recycling of batteries can result in serious waste of resources and environmental pollution.However,China is still in its infancy in the field of power battery recycling,and there are many ways to recycle and reuse batteries,and the recycling network is complicated,so it is urgent to build a perfect battery recycling network.In the recycling network of retired power batteries,the health status of the battery is a key indicator affecting the selection of the recycling path,which can be efficiently predicted through a data-driven approach.However,due to the inadequate battery recycling mechanism,there is uncertainty,incompleteness and risk of tampering in the battery data,leading to errors in the determination of the health status,which complicates the recycling network and increases the cost and risk of the battery recycling network.In view of this,this paper addresses the pain points of power battery recycling by optimizing the network of retired power batteries based on blockchain technology.Firstly,the technologies of power battery health state prediction,power battery recycling incorporating blockchain technology and power battery recycling network for secondary use are analyzed to lay the theoretical foundation for the construction and optimal design of the retired power battery recycling network based on blockchain technology in the later paper.Secondly,a blockchain-based battery recycling network is constructed.Using the historical usage data of batteries,a prediction model of the health status of batteries is constructed,and the operation process of the retired power battery recycling network based on blockchain technology is sorted out,based on which the nodes and functions of the retired power battery recycling network are designed.Then,based on the designed retired power battery recycling network,a recycling network optimization model considering cost and carbon emission is constructed,and a two-stage heuristic solution algorithm including clustering algorithm based on greedy strategy and maximum coverage model and genetic algorithm is proposed.Finally,the battery health state prediction model and the recycling network optimization model proposed in this paper are validated and analyzed by designing algorithms.
