| Stainless steel welded pipe is a kind of steel with high practicality,with the development of China’s economic construction,stainless steel welded pipe in production and life has a great demand,such as petroleum,chemical,machinery and other fields.Due to the quality of raw materials,production processes,etc.,stainless steel welded pipes may have defects,resulting in safety accidents.The defect information and size information of stainless steel welded pipe is the standard for judging the quality of welded pipe,and it is also the most concerned thing for enterprises and customers.As an important means of testing product quality,non-destructive testing can detect the size,location,quantity,etc.of product defects through physical changes caused by product defects without destroying the product.Among them,eddy current detection has the characteristics of high detection sensitivity,fast detection speed and non-contact,which is suitable for surface and near-surface detection of conductive materials.Based on the principle of eddy current detection,this project designs a stainless steel welded pipe online eddy current inner wall weld defect detection system and detection device suitable for welded pipe production line,analyzes the factors affecting the eddy current detection results,designs and manufactures eddy current detection probes and adjustment testing equipment by controlling variable method,and analyzes its impact on the detection results.Finally,an online,accurate and efficient eddy current testing system was designed to realize non-destructive testing of the inner wall of stainless steel welded pipe. |
