| Due to the unique physical and chemical properties,zeolites are widely used in oil refining,chemical engineering,adsorption and separation fields.Because of its special pore structure,EU-1 zeolite exhibits excellent performance in the field of shape selective catalysis.Studies have shown that EU-1 zeolite performed better in the isomerization of xylene than ZSM-5zeolite,with higher activity and selectivity.There is a problem that the adjustable range of Si/Al ratio in the synthesis of EU-1 zeolite under hexamethonium bromide system is narrow.In this paper,we successfully prepared EU-1 zeolite with high crystallinity at wide range by adding crystal seed,second template and applying process intensification.The catalytic performance of EU-1 zeolite in different reactions was investigated.The main research results and findings are as follows:1.The EU-1 zeolite was synthesized by using crystal seeds and the pure phase of high silicon EU-1 zeolite was successfully fabricated.It was found that differences in aluminum source,template addition,seed addition,and silicon aluminum ratio would lead to differences in the crystallinity,crystal size,specific surface area,and pore volume of the products.2.The pure phase high silicon EU-1 zeolite was prepared by adding TEAOH as the second template,and its silicon aluminum ratio could reach 700.The change of system alkalinity caused by TEAOH may be the key to the synthesis of pure phase high silicon EU-1 zeolite.Additionally,the ammonium chloride could be used as the second template to prepare ZSM-48zeolite with low Si O2/Al2O3.3.The effect of alkalinity of different systems on the synthesis of EU-1 zeolite was studied.It was found that in the high alkalinity system,the crystallization rate of EU-1 zeolite was fast and there was no non-bridged silicon-oxygen bonds in the process.4.Using the high gravity and rotating liquid film technology as process intensification methods,a pure phase high silicon EU-1 zeolite was successfully synthesized.The crystallization rate,morphology,specific surface area,pore volume,and pore size of EU-1zeolite synthesized by process intensification technology are significantly different from those of traditional methods.5.EU-1 zeolite exhibits unique catalytic performance in n-hexane isomerization,toluene and methanol alkylation,CO hydrogenation to aromatics,and olefin cracking... |
