| With the increasing development of space environment by mankind,the number of space debris has increased sharply,and high-speed space debris has brought a huge threat to satellites and spacecraft.Aiming at the difficulty of multi-target tracking of optical image space debris,this paper focuses on the research of multi-target tracking algorithm based on random finite set,analyzes the shortcomings of existing algorithms,and proposes corresponding improved algorithms for the problems.The main work of this paper is as follows:Aiming at the problem that the Probability Hypothesis Density(PHD)filter only uses the target position and motion measurement information in the clutter-intensive space debris multi-target tracking scene,which lead to poor tracking performance,this paper considers the use of the luminance difference between the target and the false alarm,and proposes an improved luminance information auxiliary algorithm.By modeling the luminance,the luminance information is added to the update process of the PHD filter,and the Gaussian Mixture(GM)realization method of the algorithm is given.The simulation results show that the GM-PHD filter assisted by luminance information(LIGM-PHD)has good tracking performance in the clutter-intensive environment.Aiming at the problem of inaccurate estimation of the number of targets in the PHD filter,this paper proposes to introduce the luminance information into the Cardinalized Probability Hypothesis Density(CPHD)filter.Compared with the LI-GM-PHD algorithm which only recurs the target intensity function,this algorithm increases the recursion of the cardinalized distribution function.Therefore,the luminance information and cardinalized distribution information are both used to obtain a more accurate estimation of the number of targets and improve the performance of the algorithm.At last,the specific realization method of Gaussian mixture of the algorithm is given.Aiming at the problem that the computational complexity of the LI-GM-CPHD filter has increased compared with that of the LI-GM-PHD filter,this paper proposes an adaptive elliptical gating LI-GM-CPHD space debris multi-target tracking algorithm.The algorithm introduces the weight of the Gaussian component in the GM implementation form into the elliptical gating,and adjusts the gating size adaptively according to the component weight.At last,the gating is used to remove the valid measurement to achieve the purpose of reducing the calculation amount of the algorithm. |
