| During the production process of large drop liquid pipeline,gas accumulation may be formed to hinder the production.High point exhaust and other methods are often used on site,but the gas accumulation position is difficult to find accurately.At present,there is no model to describe the production process,and there is no commercial software to quantitatively analyze the production process,so there are always potential safety hazards in the production of pipeline.Therefore,based on previous studies,on the basis of single pipe liquid top gas model,integrating the influence of factors such as back pressure and gas migration,and combining with relevant process models such as high point exhaust,pig tracking,pump pipe coordination,this paper has formed a whole process production analysis model for continuous fluctuation and large drop normal temperature liquid pipeline,which is applicable to real pipelines and has certain creativity.The first quasi steady state production simulation program with complete process and full-time data display is compiled by separating the front and rear ends.After the program is deployed in the server,it can open the remote web page,simulate the whole process from water injection to exhaust,pigging and oil injection,and output the whole line and local simulation data.It can enable users to conduct quantitative production simulation analysis from pipeline modeling,and provide certain verification and guidance for the subsequent production of relevant large drop pipelines.Finally,this paper selects 12 groups of working conditions supported by the production site data to test the production model.The prediction error of the model for the pressure along the line is within ± 15%,and the error of pig tracking is within 5%.The proportion of accumulated gas under different flow and different exhaust schemes is simulated.The results show that the software has universality and acceptable accuracy,and can verify the safety of the pipeline production scheme. |
