Storage tanks are widely used for petrochemical storage due to their structural and performance advantages.The particularity of the storage medium makes the storage tank have a high potential risk.After the storage tank is impacted,accidents such as leakage,fire and explosion may occur,which may cause catastrophic consequences to the surrounding people or equipment.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the dynamic response and damage form of the storage tank after being impacted to protect the safety of personnel and property.In this thesis,by arranging the research on random parameters of explosion debris by domestic and foreign scholars,the parameters of debris generated after the explosion of a horizontal storage tank with a volume of 150m~3 in the chemical park are predicted,and the value ranges of parameters such as the mass,velocity and quantity of explosion debris are obtained.Referring to the relevant fragment impact experiments,the residual velocity of fragments obtained using the law of conservation of momentum is higher than the experimental results,indicating that the energy consumption of the impact process cannot be fully reflected by the formula.The finite element simulation of the impact process was carried out using ABAQUS/Explicit,and the simulation results obtained were closer to the experimental data,thereby verifying the correctness of the model.From the finite element simulation results of the debris impact storage tank,it can be found that the fragment impact storage tank is divided into two stages of storage tank deformation and self-recovery,and the main simulation results are not failed,depression and rupture,of which the depression is the mainstay.The quality,speed,impact angle,shape,impact position and medium reserve of the fragments will have an impact on the form and degree of destruction after the impact of the tank wall.Using the.NET framework structure in Visual Studio to realize ABAQUS call,and SQL database to store the results,a C/S structure-based debris impact crude oil tank simulation software was developed to realize batch operation of impact simulation and reduce the difficulty of using ABAQUS,to better grasp the safety status of storage tanks in the tank farm.
