Rice is the main food crop in our country.In modern rice processing process,grain roughness separation is an important working procedure,which affects the purity of rice to a great extent.At present,in the rice processing plant,the separation of coarse grain in this step is operated by the use of coarse grain separator.In the field,experienced workers need to identify the two dividing lines of the three regions of rice area,brown rice area and coarse mixed area on the screen after the separation of coarse grain by the grain separator.The separator is then manually placed and aligned with the two dividing lines to separately collect materials in the three areas.The separation partition requires experienced workers to manually adjust on the site,which is not only time-consuming and laborious,but also requires long-term work experience to ensure the accuracy.However,workers who use the eye to identify the dividing line for a long time will have visual fatigue,easy to produce errors,which will lead to the final processing of rice impurity and other problems.With the development of computer technology,the application of image processing technology in industry is becoming more and more mature.In view of the related problems and requirements of valley roughness separation steps,this paper uses digital image processing technology to study the valley roughness boundary recognition method based on image processing.The following is the specific research content:(1)Study on the characteristics of grain rough separator.This paper mainly studies the working characteristics of the current grain rough separator and the position characteristics of the grain rough boundary.(2)Research on boundary identification method of valley roughness.In-depth analysis of the feasibility of digital image processing technology applied to the identification of grain roughness boundary,the acquisition of grain roughness image on the vibrating screen plate when the grain roughness separator work,after the target region extraction,color space conversion,image segmentation and edge detection,design of a specific pseudo-edge removal algorithm,to identify the grain roughness separation of different regions of the boundary.After experiments,the average deviation of the valley-roughness boundary recognition in this paper is 1.5 cm,and the average deviation rate is 5.7 %.(3)Extraction of boundary information of grain roughness.The curve characteristics of the grain roughing boundary are analyzed,and a linear fitting method is designed to transform the curved boundary line into a straight line perpendicular to the grain roughing separator’s discharge end.The coordinate system is established to calculate the pixel abscissa position of the grain roughness boundary line,and then the actual abscissa position of the grain roughness boundary line is obtained according to the transformation of pixel distance--actual distance(4)Study on control method of separator.Taking the horizontal coordinate of the obtained grain roughness boundary line as input,the corresponding automatic control method of grain roughness separator is designed,and the separation separator is placed at the position of the recognized grain roughness boundary line.(5)Study on accuracy detection of grain roughness boundary line.An image acquisition device is designed at the discharge end of the grain floss separator to collect the grain image at the discharge end of the rice area,and image processing technology is applied to detect the accuracy of grain floss boundary recognition.Based on Vi Be algorithm,the accuracy detection algorithm was designed to calculate the number of dissimilar particles and their proportion in the total number of particles at the output end,set a threshold value to judge the accuracy of valley roughness boundary identification,and give different solutions according to the accuracy.
