Bohai GE Oilfield has abundant underground heavy oil reserves,limited by the exploitation technology,the degree of production of oil reserves is low,and the development effect has gradually deteriorated after years of water flooding.The recent heavy oil activation water test has achieved good results.Establish an effective development technology for heavy oil activated water flooding suitable for the characteristics of the oilfield,and lay the foundation for the efficient development of the GE oilfield in the Bohai Sea.Aiming at the development dynamic characteristics of activated water flooding in the test area of the target oilfield,on the basis of the comprehensive evaluation of the development effect of activated water flooding,the paper comprehensively applies seepage mechanics,reservoir engineering theory and numerical simulation technology methods to systematically study and determine the activated water for heavy oil.Rational injection-production technology strategy for flooding.The main research work includes:(1)Combined indoor physical simulation experiment and reservoir dynamic analysis,comprehensively studied the development feasibility of oilfield activated water flooding to enhance oil recovery;(2)Established a comprehensive evaluation method for the effect of activated water flooding in heavy oil,comprehensively analyzed and evaluated the effectiveness and development effect of activated water flooding in the GE reservoir test area,and determined the main controlling factors affecting the effect of activated water flooding;(3)Established typical values reflecting the actual characteristics of GE oilfields and the mechanism of activated water flooding The simulation model combined the change of seepage field and the effect of extraction and production,and determined the rational injection and production strategy of activated water flooding under the condition of single-factor variation;(4)Considering different combinations of multiple factors and levels,as well as the multi-objective requirements of the development effect of activated water flooding,through the response surface analysis method to optimize the design of the injection-production scheme,combined with the grey cluster analysis method,to determine the injection-production scheme combination scheme with a high degree of adaptability that meets the requirements of the activated water flooding development effect;(5)According to the actual development situation of GE oilfield,select the appropriate development potential unit,and put forward the development and deployment proposal of activated water flooding.Through the evaluation of the effect of activated water-driven state of heavy oil in the GE oilfield test area in the Bohai Sea and the research on the policy of rational development technology,the design technology method of the rational injection-production scheme for enhanced oil recovery by activated water flooding in the later stage of water-flooding heavy oil has been formed,which is suitable for the depth of similar oilfields.The development provides a technical reference.
