With the development of economy,China’s demand for oil and gas resources is also increasing gradually.Due to the slowing down of the production increase rate of conventional oil and gas resources,unconventional oil and gas resources have become a breakthrough point in the development of oil and gas resources.Due to the complex pore structure and large size distribution of unconventional reservoirs,most of investigations were mainly conducted by the numerical simulations.Limited by the channel fabrication technology,the experimental research of unconventional reservoirs is basically focused on the micron scale.There are few studies on unconventional reservoirs in nano scale.In this paper,a fabrication method of nanochannels based on nickel nanowires by using integrated circuit technology was proposed,and the length,width and depth of nanochannels was successfully tuned.The results are as follows:(1)The effects of parameters(nickel ion concentration,temperature and magnetic field strength)on the structure of nickel nanowires were summarized.Nickel nanowires with diameters ranging from 200 nm to 1100 nm were successfully prepared by adjusting parameters;(2)Using nickel nanowires as template,nanochannels were successfully fabricated by conventional integrated circuit process,and the parameters of lithography process and etching process were optimized;(3)Using the magic properties of nickel nanowires,the different structures of nanowire arrays were prepared by magnetic field arrangement technology,and nanochannels with different shapes were prepared based on these nanowire arrays;(4)Combined with the microchannel preparation process and packaging process,a single-channeled micro/nano fluid system was prepared and its ion transport characteristics were investigated.The results show that the ionic conductance in the nanochannel decreases with the decrease of KCl concentration and channel width,and the variation of ionic conductance is not linear.
