The crude oil processing capacity of a petrochemical company is 5.5 million tons a year,with 30 main units.It is the heavy oil processing base of CNPC and the production base of high-grade road asphalt.The crude oil processed by the company includes four crude oil: Liaohe low point heavy oil,Liaohe mixed heavy oil,Liaohe thin oil and Liaohe super heavy oil.In this paper,different optimization methods are used to optimize the primary processing scheme of the above three crude oils,adjust the distribution of product structure,and provide basic data for the transformation and upgrading of the petrochemical company and high-quality development.First of all,in view of the poor performance of 90#A grade heavy traffic road asphalt produced by Liaohe low condensate heavy oil at high temperature,the 50#A grade heavy traffic road asphalt with yield of 50.04%,penetration degree of 50.1(1/10mm),softening point of 50.1℃ and wax content less than 2.0% was produced by vacuum deep drawing method.In line with the technical Requirements of Road Petroleum Asphalt JTGF40-2004 of Ministry of Transportation,5.11wt% more vacuum gas oil can be produced after deep vacuum drawing,which can be used as raw material for furfural extraction device to produce rubber plasticiser aromatic base mineral oil A1020..Secondly,liaohe mixed heavy oil was used as raw material,and two optimization routes were adopted to solve the problems that the delayed coking unit could not completely deal with and the economic benefits were not high due to the variety of residual oil and high output.First,RMG380 and RMG500 residual low sulfur Marine fuel oil could be produced as a ship combustion blending component.The second is to use solvent deasphalting and lube oil high-pressure hydrogenation process,can produce bright stock and other high value-added products.Finally,as a catalytic cracking raw material,the content of heavy metal iron and heavy metal nickel is 26.4μg/g and 27.3μg/g,leading to the shortcomings of catalyst poisoning and high coking rate: Solvent deasphalting process was used to remove heavy metal iron and nickel from atmospheric residuals.The removal rate of iron and nickel was68.7% and 45.7%,which reduced the heavy metal content of FCC feedstock,satisfied the requirements of FCC feed and extended the service life of catalyst.Second,the reduced pressure distillate oil and reduced pressure residue are obtained by reduced pressure distillation,and mixed in a certain proportion as catalytic cracking raw material,the content of metal iron and nickel is reduced by more than 50%,which meets the raw material requirements of FCC and provides basic data for the addition of reduced pressure system. |
