| Since the outbreak of New Coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)in 2019,it has swept all over the world and has become the most widely spread infectious disease worldwide,which has posed a huge health threat to the people of the world.In the absence of covid-19 pneumonia,the Chinese patent medicine represented by Lianhuaqingwen granules has played a unique role and advantage in the epidemic prevention.Chinese medicine decoction has played an important role in the history of the Chinese nation and the prevention and control of COVID-19.The preparation of traditional Chinese medicine decoction is inseparable from the soaking link.According to the data,so far,the traditional soaking method of traditional Chinese medicine at normal temperature and pressure is still used.The traditional method takes a long time,is easy to pollute and deteriorate,and the dissolution rate of effective components of traditional Chinese medicine is not high.Based on the theory of system engineering,the soaking link of traditional Chinese medicine is regarded as a system engineering.Aiming at the deficiency of traditional Chinese medicine soaking method,the system optimization objective was proposed.The brainstorming method and expert investigation method are used to find possible methods to improve the soaking efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine.Through the control variable method,it is concluded that vacuum has a great impact on the soaking of traditional Chinese medicine.Design and manufacture high-efficiency traditional Chinese medicine soaking machine based on vacuum technology,pay attention to its integrity and hierarchy in the design process,and use PDCA cycle to improve mechanical design,increase ease of use and improve soaking efficiency.The performance experiment of the designed and manufactured traditional Chinese medicine soaking machine shows that with the increase of vacuum,the dissolution rate of effective components increases,and the vacuum and dissolution content basically accord with the linear distribution.Comparing the content difference of psoralen and isopsoralen in psoralen sample solution under different soaking time between-0.09 mpa and normal atmospheric pressure,the experiment shows that the effect of machine soaking for 10 min is better than that of conventional soaking for60 min,and the efficiency increases about 6 times.The questionnaire survey method was used to statistically analyze the related problems of patients.The results showed that the satisfaction of patients increased significantly after the use of high-efficiency traditional Chinese medicine soaking machine.Through the research on the design optimization of traditional Chinese medicine soaking machine and it provides a new way for Chinese medicinal materials to soak,it can effectively improve the supply efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and contribute to the promotion of China’s traditional Chinese medicine culture on the premise of high quality and efficiency. |
