| Surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS),as a new analytical and detection technology, has been widely used in many fields due to its advantages of high sensitivity, simple operation, and low cost. However, the stable base materials are required for the substance to be measured.Metal-organic skeleton materials have entered the attention of most researchers as excellent substrate materials due to their special internal structure and stable performance. The combination of loose porous surface and molecular imprinting technology(MIT)has played a decisive role in improving the detection performance. The specific research content of this paper is as follows:1.The classic series MIL-101(Cr)materials were prepared by hydrothermal method under high temperature conditions with chromium nitrate 9-hydrate,terephthalic acid and hydrofluoric acid, and then Ag NPs was uniformly attached on the surface of the material under the reduction of tannic acid. Finally, the imprinted material Ag@MIL-101(Cr)-MIPs(AMC-MIPs)was obtained by precipitation polymerization method;the morphology, size, and properties of the material were characterized;methyl orange(MO)was selected as the final template molecule to study its detection performance and specific recognition ability. The results showed that AMC-MIPs imprinted materials could sensitively and specifically recognize MO molecules in actual water, and the characteristic peak intensity of MO molecules at 1566 cm-1showed a good linear relationship with the logarithm of MO concentration.2.Using zirconia chloride as zirconium source,ZrO2particles grown in the pore of MIL-101(Cr)material in cyclohexane solution improved the adsorption capacity of the material to Ag NPs and detected substances.Ag@ZrO2@MIL-101(Cr)-MIPs(AZMC-MIPs)imprinted material was prepared and characterized. The results showed that the adhesion of ZrO2particles significantly improved the detection sensitivity and adsorption detection performance of the material.Meanwhile,AZMC-MIPs imprinted material had selective recognition of MO molecules in actual water samples.3.PA-6@ZrO2@MIL-101(Cr)(PZMC)composite membrane material containing ZrO2@MIL-101(Cr)was synthesized using poly(hexane lactam)powder and formic acid as raw materials.Subsequently,Ag@PA-6@ZrO2@MIL-101(Cr)-MIPs(APZMC-MIPs)imprinted material was prepared by growing molecular imprinting layer. The morphology and properties of the materials were characterized.Rhodamine B and others were selected to study its specific recognition ability using MO as template molecule. The results indicated that the imprinted material exhibited good selective recognition and sensitivity detection capabilities for MO molecules in actual water samples. |
