Road transportation carbon emissions account for 90% of the entire transportation sector,and road transportation has become a key area of energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions.How to scientifically analyze the source of carbon emissions and its main factors during the highway operation period,select scientific methods to quantify the carbon emissions during the highway operation period,and improve the accuracy of carbon emissions assessment in the transportation field are one of the most important content of green and low-carbon transportation.The paper first analyzes the specific power of vehicles.The specific power(Vehicle Specific Power)is closely related to the fuel consumption and emissions of vehicles.A large number of studies have begun to use specific power to quantify vehicle emissions.The main types of highway vehicles are classified according to relevant regulations.According to the specific power calculation formula and the vehicle type,the specific power parameters of passenger cars and fully loaded trucks are calibrated.Then the principle and structure of the MOVES model are analyzed,and the operating condition is determined as an intermediate variable linking the actual road conditions and vehicle emission factors.The specific power of the vehicle during operation is obtained by collecting the instantaneous speed of the vehicle on the highway and using the simplified method of calculating the specific power of cars and trucks.Secondly,analyze the components of the power facilities during the highway operation period,use DIALux to simulate and design the tunnel lighting,optimize the power carbon emission factor,and calculate the carbon emissions of electricity.Establish the fuel consumption model of vehicles at different operating stages of toll stations,and combine different fuel calorific values,efficiencies to calculate vehicle carbon emissions at toll stations.Based on the main factors of electricity consumption in service areas,the e QUEST model for service area electricity prediction was constructed.Finally,taking the Changlong Highway as an example,carbon emissions during the operation period of the Changlong Highway are obtained with the help of vehicle emission model and energy consumption model for electricity-using facilities,taking vehicles and transport infrastructure as objects during the operation period.And from the perspective of reducing carbon emissions during the operation period of the Changlong Highway,carbon reduction measures such as improving fuel quality,intelligent tunnel lighting,the use of clean energy and the selection of efficient carbon-fixing green plants are proposed.The paper completes the quantification of carbon emissions from vehicles and typical infrastructure during road operation period with the help of simulation and mathematical analysis,which is of great significance in promoting the measurement of emissions,enriching the methods of carbon emission accounting and strengthening the capacity building of carbon dioxide emission statistics.
